Taylor and Amanda and the rest of the front office were so kind and knowledgeable. The office is beautifully decorated and I loved the atmosphere. Doctor Thompson is incredible! I highly highly recommend. I walked in feeling anxious and walked out with a smile on my face.

I like this office, however they have a problem with scheduling and staffing. If you for some reason you cancel an appointment and try to re-schedule there is a good chance they wont schedule you unless you insist by calling them and when they try to re schedule you it will most likely be 5 to 6 month away everytime you re-schedule. Also payment system is a mess and most likely you will need to pay upfront for any procedure outsite of cleaning.

Dr. Thompson is absolutely amazing! His onlays instead of crowns are a miracle and I wish I could have found him sooner. He is an expert at new techniques that are more time consuming and more technically difficult, but preserve more of the natural tooth structure. I have never known a dentist who could do the things that he can. His work is absolutely beautiful. The office is holistically minded and I absolutely trust them. Dr Thompson is also very conservative and he will not be doing work that you don't absolutely need. I refer people to him all the time and he is my dentist forever!

I have been going to Prescott Dentistry for many years and I can't say enough good things about them! When you walk in the office, you are greeted by attentive, wonderful people right away. The first time I went, I saw Dr. Thompson who is so kind and wonderful. I didn't think there could be anyone as nice and then I met Dr. German and he was just as wonderful, kind and knowledgeable. He always spends all the time needed for questions and explanations about what his is doing and it is so comforting! He makes you feel like you are his only patient!

When I got a serious health diagnosis a couple of years ago and since I am very holistic myself, I wanted a holistic dentist which is why I chose Prescott Dentistry. Dr. German always recommends the natural way to treat things when possible, which I really appreciate as I have been dealing with Periodontal disease which Dr. German shared with me could contribute to my health issue. Because of this, I am having 4 deep cleanings which I was nervous about. But, no worries, the Dental Hygentist, Carrie is so amazing and gentle and kind. I just love her too! And it is working as my mouth is feeling so much better! I thought I had tooth problems that were painful but come to find out, it was my gums causing the pain and problems and it is getting so much better now.

If you want to feel special, go to Prescott Dentistry! The atmosphere is so calm and EVERYONE is soooo amazing!. You will love them too!

I had 2 other opinions and Dr German doesn't know what he's doing. Don't go there. He missed a bad cavity. Also the other offices couldn't use the comprehensive exams done due to the poor quality if of xrays. I even looked at them and the images are blurry. I feel they are the worst experience I've had. If you care about your teeth don't waist your time and money with this dentist.

Dr German is good in what he does. He understands dentistry. HOWEVER, they are way too booked to take on new patients. I went yes I have cavities (life after cancer) no matter how hard I try with my health, it caught up. They scheduled my daughter asap for her cavity and told me they can't schedule me for 7 weeks even though I have pain. They told me to take NSAID but I'm very intolerant to NSAID. They put me on a waiting list and called me to move an appt a week before but I would have had to cancel my clients for that day, for an appt that they wanted to move a week head. the worst is they missed a really bad cavity. I went for a second opinion and they missed the big cavity. When I asked Dr German for that missed cavity and my concerns they let me go and concluded our doctor-patient relationship.

They have too many patients to timely attend to working on cavities. If you care about your teeth, don't be on the back burner go to another dentist. They are awful. Another bad thing, they do the xrays and not many of the other dentists will accept their xrays, my comprehensive xrays done by them most of the images are blurry. I saw the images. Don't waste your time and money and health with Dr German.

Very friendly staff and efficient dental care. It is nice to be worked on by people who have a keen sense of humor. This is true of the dental assistants, Dr Nathan Thompson, and even the office staff who are happy to collect my money as I leave. I always leave with the memory of a nice time unlike other dentists I've know. I'm 73 and have spent a lot of time in dentist's chairs but Prescott Dentistry is the most pleasant experience I've ever had.
