From the time I entered the building and until I left, the entire staff (front desk, assistant and doctor) were all very polite and comforting. Between all of them they made my visit easy and comfortable. The assistant and doctor were great at their jobs and showed care in doing them. Definitely everyone there are the best at what they do.

The entire staff was amazing when I went in to them to have a failed root canal from my dentist fixed. I had so much pain for months from a failed crown, then failed root canal. When I needed to get this corrected, I got in the same day that I called and I felt completely comfortable with Dr. Smith. No pain when numbing the area and felt no pain at all through the procedure. He took the time to really ensure that everything was corrected and explain what he was doing. I felt very cared for and would highly recommend using Prescott Endodontic Associates for any work needed.

Dr. Smith and his assistant are truly gifted at providing top guality care and concern for their patients. This was my first time I had a root canal. People had told me stories of their root canal and is was not encouraging. My experience at Prescott Endodontic Associates was 5 stars plus. I would encourage you to make sure your dentist has a good business relationship with this provider in case you need a root canal.

Prescott Endodontics was outstanding in their care for my dad! From scheduling, to getting him in sooner, to the kindness and compassion all staff demonstrated throughout - they were top notch. Dad is 77 years old and not a fan of dental visits. He was pleased with Dr. Smith and treated warmly by the office staff and tech. Worth the trip to Prescott and would absolutely recommend!

I had to have an emergency root canal from sudden pain in one of my teeth. My regular dentist referred me to Prescott Endodontic Assoc. and I was able to get in the same day. Dr. Smith was able to save my silver filled tooth and redo a root canal that was over 40 years old. I appreciate the care and professionalism of he and all of his staff. I highly recommend his services to anyone.

The office was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time and they were quick to get me back to the exam rooms. The dental assistant was extremely kind and assuring. She answered any questions I had and eased my anxieties. The dentist was amazing, knowledgeable, experienced and prompt with his work and literally saved my tooth. Forever grateful for the set of employees that worked today and made my experience here a breeze.

Very impressed with how I was treated and the excellent results.
I came in with Pain and an infection. Dr. Mark Oblad was very gentle and soft spoken. He kept a running dialog of what he saw and what he was doing. He drilled thru the crown and did a root canal. Then did a permanent filling. Less than 2 hours, I felt better and I didn't have to do anything else, I was done.
Very happy, thank you Dr. Mark and Salina his assistant. You all are great!
