I had my first surgery ever here, and the staff were beyond fantastic. Words can't describe how much their positive energy and great attitudes helped what would have otherwise been a terrifying ordeal, into just another day. Every person I spoke to from the front desk check in, to the anesthesiologist were compassionate and caring. Literally every room I was moved into after checking in, I was given warmed up blankets. They made sure I was comfortable every single step. And then at the end, they give you anything you want to drink while you wait to be released. I went with grape juice and did not regret it. Thanks again to every staff member here. You guys really made everything better. Cheers!

Yesterday I had a procedure here. It was my first time having a surgery so I was pretty nervous. The people here were outstanding. They did all they could to make me feel comfortable and safe. There were a few times I was very vulnerable and they treated me with compassion and dignity. I can't speak highly enough about Prescott Outpatient Surgical Center. If you need a procedure done then go here, they are real professionals and they treat you like you are family. Thank you so much to the entire team who worked with me.

I have been treated at this facility several times. My son just had his hip replacement there. I’m a mid level nurse provider as is my wife. My wife is a retired First Assist (operating room specialist). This is as good a facility as it gets. She said as sooooo impressed and that means a lot to me. Thank you POSC !! Recently, I was superbly fortunate to have my surgical procedure scheduled with and done at the Prescott Outpatient Surgical Center (POSC) and I honestly couldn't be more pleased!

From my initial contact for scheduling to the helpful email/text reminders and my initial check-in through the entire procedure and discharge was phenomenal. Signage from the main road to the surgical center was crystal clear and easy to follow, close-in parking was readily available, and I walked into a spacious, immaculately clean, warm, and inviting reception area.

Within minutes I was invited to in-process which was expertly handled with privacy dignity, and professionalism... from the front desk check-in to my initial health screening by an RN; my check-in, billing, medical history review, discussion of the procedure, vital signs, name tag, one-stick IV start, and dressing change into a patient gown was perfectly managed. My prompt and thorough discussion with the nurse anesthetist and my doctor prior to the procedure fully set expectations from start through discharge and eventual follow-up. This served to greatly put me at ease.

Once transferred to the operating room I was comfortably transitioned to the OR table and the expected procedure was once again briefly reviewed. My surgical procedure went well, or so I was told as I was thankfully and quickly hard asleep. Once recovered, my discharge planning was thoroughly reviewed.

Prescott Outpatient Surgical Center truly has an extremely impressive team of professionals and I would enthusiastically recommend this facility without reservation.

As a long-practicing healthcare provider (Physician Assistant), my expectations are quite high, and this team of skilled professionals earned my highest respect and my enthusiastic 5 Star review.

I have been to P.O.S.C. at least 10 times for various treatments with Dr. Benson and I have to give a big shout out to everyone that works there from the front desk to the O.R. to the recovery room. Could not ask for better treatment, nothing is too much trouble. Would never hesitate to recommend this surgical centre to anyone.

By far the best nurses and doctors you can ask for!.this I mean you feel completely taking care of, everything was so easy going but in tip of it all..normally am really sick w Anesthesia and they took such amazing care of me,so sweet so nice.
