Top Notch Dentistry Office! The entire staff at this practice are amazing! The front office staff is welcoming, efficient, and knowledgable. All of the assistants, hygienists and specialists made me feel comfortable and in "good hands." Doctor Walker, whom I saw for a laser procedure, was so kind and skilled in his background of dentistry. It's unusual to have a doctor who is both skillful and pleasant! The two names that I can remember helping me are Bethany and Wyatt. My apologies to all whose names I cannot recall, including the financial assistant and all the others who handled the check out procedure and future scheduling. If you require a periodontist, I highly recommend Prescott Periodontics & Implant Dentistry!!

Hannah did a very good job in that she made me feel very much at ease and comfortable, especially the blanket. She acted professionally and acted like she cared and answered my questions cheerfully. Recently, I had an appointment at 1 o’clock. I showed up six minutes before and checked in. 40 minutes later, I went up to the receptionist and asked how long it was going to be. I got the typical generic answer of ‘soon’. 45 minutes after our appointment time of 1 o’clock and five minutes after asking when we’re going to be seen, we were finally taken back to see the doctor. Absolutely no one, including the doctor or receptionist, apologized for this delay. It was extremely rude and inconsiderate of my time. I am a single mom who works 50 hours a week minimum. I do not have time to sit for 45 minutes waiting for a doctor. If the roles were reversed and I was late for an appointment by 45 minutes, I would’ve been Rescheduled! Without a doubt. They showed absolutely no respect for my time or me as a person!

My dentist highly recommended Prescott Periodontics, and now I know why. The office staff is friendly, efficient and informative with insurance and fees. Dr. Jirsa and his assistant were thorough in explaining my procedure. He was very patient with my questions.
