I felt very comfortable and it was as if I knew Shannon all my life. I didn’t feel tense anymore. I like this course of treatment I start next week. They said tomorrow I could start, but I have 1/2 day with kids out of school and Halloween is next. I am very happy with the cleaning, exam and options. I got options to my treatment plan next week!! That never happens!

I had a consultation and everyone there was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The dentist was very thorough and took his time and explained everything I needed to know. I didn't feel rushed at all, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere in the office was very peaceful and calming. Everything about my experience was wonderful. I would definitely recommend the office on Thornydale to anyone I know.

Such a friendly and personable staff! And, dental personnel are so knowledgeable and caring. Just had my first visit (consultation) and very good explanations of my dental state, as well as a cleaning with Shannon. Shannon was a class act. Put me very much at east as she picked and prodded at my teeth, leaving them feeling refreshed and clean. Am glad I ran across Presidio. Will stick with them

Unprofessional and Frustrating Experience

The front desk at this place is absolutely incompetent. Trying to schedule an appointment is a nightmare. They throw you through multiple loops and you end up wasting hours of your time. The worst part? Their complete lack of communication. I had to reschedule multiple appointments because they couldn’t get it right, and no one seems to care about the inconvenience it causes. If you value your time and sanity, avoid this place at all costs!!!!!

First time here. All the office staff and dental assistants were welcoming and professional. Dr. Engle was gentle and carefully explained what needed to be done. While I was waiting, I could hear the office manager explaining charges to another patient and she was very professional and took the time to make sure the patient understood what they were being charged for. I am excited to become a new patient here.

This is a great dental office. The staff is very friendly and wonderful. They are always accommodating and strive to provide excellent service. Dr Engle does a great job and makes you feel comfortable. Ann the hygienist is so nice and does a wonderful job with cleanings. I’m so glad I found them.

First appointment was awesome. From my past, I do not like the dental experience. But Dr. Gerken and the entire staff were very professional and assuring. I have a lot of issues and was extremely anxious but was taken care of very well. Already have two more appointments set up!

An emergency the afternoon before a holiday! I fell and broke my front teeth bridge. The Presidio Team took my emergency, as if it were theirs. I was seen within 40 minutes of my call and a temporary solution the same afternoon, until we can put together a treatment plan. I know this quick response to an emergency isn’t always possible…but I also know, if there’s any way, Presidio Dental will find it!
