Came in for a cleaning for the first time. Computers were down and they did not advise I had to take xrays for the first time and see Doctor. Nothing was working, if computers are down so the earth must come down since they told me they do not know who I was until computers are up. Very inefficient, staff speaking in the back about their own personal issues rather than get back to patients. Waited 30+ minutes and left.
