Professional, hi-tech, and very friendly.
My hygienist was authentic and low-key, not the superficial bubbliness you get in many medical facilities. The the new office has a more open floor plan, and was noisy. I had to put in my ear plugs.
I think the bill was way too high for basic exam and cleaning.
I will be looking for a more affordable office next time.

I was blown away at how amazing Prime Dental was at my first appointment. First off, I was almost 30 min late, not by choice. I have a medical condition which prevents me from driving and had some issues with my Uber. I was mortified by my tardiness, but the staff was friendly and understanding and to my amazement still got me in. Dr. Kym was also great. She took the time to go thru pics of my teeth with me and really explain what was going on. I’ve never had a dentist do that before. I can’t sing their praises high enough. I am so glad I found them!!

I had a tooth that was in bad shape and needed to be extracted. I couldn’t find anywhere that had an opening sooner than 2 1/2 weeks until I found Dr. Kym. Her staff were professional and kind. They were able to get me in same day. Dr. Kym and Jolene took me step-by-step through the procedure, offering me pillows, blankets and anything else that would keep me calm and comfortable. It turns out I didn’t need any of that because Dr. Kym was quick and efficient and completely painless. I didn’t feel anything. Thank you again!

This was my 2nd visit to Prime Dental & I am so content selecting this Dental provider. Dr Kym & her staff are very welcoming. Dr Kym is very gracious & skilled with her occupation. A real gentle Dr., skilled with her tools, did not feel a single bit of pain. Had 3 fillings & going back for more! Highly recommended.

This is such a welcoming dental office! From the minute you step into the office, you are greeted by such a friendly staff at the front desk, to the technicians, the hygienist and of course, Dr. Kym. The whole staff and Doctor make you so comfortable, that it makes going to the dentist a lot easier. I am grateful to call Prime Dental my dentist!

I have been coming to these lovely ladies for the better part of my adult life. The staff is incredible, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and all around wonderful. If I could give them more stars I would. LOVE IT HERE!
