Dr. Prattipati is the BEST dentist i’ve ever been to. As someone who despises getting dental work done, Dr. Prattipati makes sure i’m comfortable & she has incredible patience. I drive nearly an hour for my appointments, & the office atmosphere & the overall customer service/professionalism make it so worth it!!

Never had such bad customer service at a dentist office went in for a basic cleaning tht I normally get ever 6months and was denied cause my insurance supposedly wasn't good enuff for tha type of cleaning they wanted to do on me but I was charged for a consultation at tha end of tha day I've been to some of tha top dentists in Sylacauga Obrien and Solomon and never been denied services !!

This in my opinion is one of the best most professional dentist I have ever allowed to serve my needs. I recommend them for all your dental needs.

I was so glad that Dr. P was still there, I've never had a dentist that no matter what I have done, she always makes sure your comfortable. Even her staff is very nice and helpful.
