Went in as a new pt for a cleaning and checkup and dentist tried to talk me into Invisalign. I go regularly for my dental visits (twice a year) and have never been told I needed any sort of alignment for my teeth. When I expressed I wasn't interested as I just wanted a cleaning and checkup, the dentist's demeanor changed and was no longer interested in niceties.

For my cleaning, they didn't have water that day (plumbing issues I guess) so the hygienist gave me a heads up and the option to move ahead with what they could do. I chose to move ahead since I already took time off work for this appointment. They told me they would call me back for a full cleaning once they had water but I never heard back or received any follow ups following my initial visit.

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with friendly smiles and genuine warmth. Everyone knows my name, which makes every visit feel special.

I needed a crown, fillings, and deep cleanings. Dr. Ema is incredible. She takes meticulous care with her work and clearly takes pride in giving patients the best possible results. Walter, the hygienist, is an absolute star and the most thorough and gentle hygienist I've ever had.

Their new office is beautiful and equipped with the latest technology. I love having such a skilled and welcoming dental team right here in my neighborhood!

I had such a great experience at this office! The hygienist and dentist explained things better than any office I have been to before. Not only that, my cleaning was literally painless and was also extremely efficient. I feel that my treatment plan actually makes sense in that I know exactly what I am paying for going forward. Spotlessly clean office with a great atmosphere, very friendly reception.

I've been going to Chicago Veneers for the past few years. They are my favorite dentists! They recently moved to this new location, which must be why it doesn't show many reviews for them on Google.

First, all of their staff are very kind and professional. Shoutouts to Dylan at the front reception who is always helpful. He recognizes me by name. There was once a situation where the there was some ambiguity for whether or not my particular insurance would cover one of my appointments, and they were very relaxed and patient with the payment. Dylan said they would do the work to hear back from my insurance and let me know down the road if there were any payment issues--rather than needing me to pay upfront and potentially reimbursing me in the event that insurance couldn't cover it. I'm not sure exactly what the protocol is for this type of situation, but they made me feel very welcomed.

Second, it seems that they use a lot of modern equipment. I remember when I was a kid the x-ray machine used to be enormous, but nowadays they use a small handheld x-ray camera. Along with their other tools and equipment, I always feel confident in their hands.

Lastly, Dr. Kaori Ema is fantastic. She is always superbly kind, knowledgeable and professional. She and her staff are awesome, and ultimately, I choose this dentist for them.

If you are looking for a place to take care of your teeth, I cannot recommend a place better than Chicago Veneers.

A wonderful experience from start to finish! I went to see Dr Kaori Ema for a teeth whitening session before my sister's wedding so I could look wedding day photo ready! Dr Ema did a quick exam and her assistant did a quick polish and then sat through 3 rounds of whitening. I was there for about an hour or so and was super happy with the results. The before and after photos were so easy to see the change in my teeth. I was getting so many compliments on them. Thank you for making me feel my best!

This place is beautiful! Dylan the receptionist has a great energy and definitely made me feel welcomed. The hygienists and Dr. Kaori were just as wonderful. They play great music and gave me so much knowledge on my teeth and braces. My previous dentist didn't tell me about any of my cavities but Dr. Kaori found 6 and even showed me the photos and xrays. I felt like I really understood my mouth and like they cared. 10/10 recommend!

I was looking for a new dentist and my friend recommended this place. She used to shadow Dr. Ema before getting into a dental school. As particular as my friend is, she said that Dr. Ema is very detail and thorough as no one she has even seen before. When I came to my first appointment, it was definitely the way she said. Besides, I learned so much information that no other dentist has ever provided. She recommended to change some habits to prevent the shift in the upper jaw (no going into too many details). In a few months, I have decided to place my first crown with her. Results are incredible! I am in a process of getting an implant now. Her team is outstanding too, Dylan and Elena are the two I mostly communicated with. Everyone is very professional and always go above and beyond to satisfy their patients! Very happy. Thank you
