The rudest interaction ever with the receptionist, Karen, and the Office Manager, Carly.
The website states they see all ages, from 0-99. My child is 1, almost 2 and I wanted to get them started on seeing a dentist.
Karen rudely stated she "doesn't know why the website says that, they don't see anyone under the age of 4." I asked if I might possibly speak to the office manager. The manager introduced herself as Carly, and I explained the situation. She was also very rude stating, "Well the website is wrong." So I said, "I don't know why you're being short, I'm just trying to explain the situation." And she hung up on me... I can't believe these are the people the dentists have chosen to represent their company. Hire nicer people and fix your website. Parents spend a lot of time trying to research the right place for their children. False advertisement and terrible customer service.

I had not been to the dentist in years but I realized it was in my own best interest to make an appointment. Gail was my hygienist. She made me so comfortable so I new I was in good hands. I had such a positive experience with Gail that I now go to the dentist regularly. The entire staff makes you feel confident that you are getting exceptional and professional care.

This is by far the best dental facility I have ever been to. The staff from the front desk to the hygienist and the doctors are all so very friendly and make you feel welcomed there. I had Gail today and she was so very sweet. I feel like we could've just talked for hours. Today is the first time I saw Dr. D since Dr. Hein left and he was very nice and explained things to me. I would recommend that everyone go here!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Dougherty and the staff here. I had a dental emergency and I was able to get in and be treated fairly quickly. It has been a long process to fix the damage to my teeth, some of which has been pretty uncomfortable. Because of past terrible experiences at a certain low cost clinic in town, I was absolutely shaking scared to get the procedures done. I was treated with kindness and gentleness and I was treated with respect. The work they’ve done on my teeth has been perfect and I’m well on my way to getting my smile back. Words cannot express how thankful I am to have found this place.

Everyone at this dental office is super friendly and kind, from the ladies at the front desk (Karen & Winney), to each hygienist, and of course the main dentist Dr. Dougherty. I've been attending this office since I first came to Dothan in 2009 and it's been nothing but professionalism and proficiency from day one. There's no long wait and my hygienist Gale, is a gem. She never keeps me waiting and she's gentle when cleaning my teeth. I've had cleanings, fillings, and crowns done here and I've always left satisfied with the procedures I received. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs dental work, I promise you won't be disappointed!

I highly recommend, I love Dr. Dunford! He’s so knowledgeable and a professional. Dr. Dunford is very passionate in his work and very particular. I also have to add the staff is very friendly and welcoming, especially my favorite, Madison, his assistant. 🙂
