I love this place! For someone who used to fear going to the dentist, I now enjoy coming to Promenade. My experience here is always great. They’ve got an excellent staff! Jess and Karina made me feel very comfortable and cared for, and I appreciate their dedication to providing excellent care .

Excellent treatment and care. I always feel so comfortable while under treatment. The back office staff are wonderful, If possible, ask for Veronica as your hygienist. She's very knowledgeable and answers all my questions in the simplest way with clear instructions on how to follow up.

Veronica and Dr. Serrano are both so amazing! They’re very kind and helpful people, they answer all the questions you could have and make sure you’re comfortable throughout your visit. I can’t recommend either of them enough! Whether you’re a returning or new patient I would definitely recommend them both to everyone.

I have been seeing Veronica for 10++ years. She is absolutely the best. She is knowledgable, kind, patient and explains everything in detail. She gives the best teeth cleaning and is very through. I have a HORRIBLE phobia of dentist but coming here has definitely made me feel better. The entire staff is amazing but I wouldn’t see anyone other than Veronica for my cleanings! She’s THE BEST dental hygienist I’ve ever had and makes me feel comfortable every time I see her.

My experience here started with Karla and Viridiana at the front desk. They were so nice and helpful, they treated me with respect, made the process to get seen and get a plan in place happen quick and easy. They were also accommodating when it came to setting up a payment plan with me. The two women eased my anxiety coming in the door by being kind and funny. I didn't get the name of the lady who took my imaging, but she also made me laugh the whole appointment, offered a blanket several times because I was so cold. She was gentle and patient while taking the images, as my teeth are so sensitive. The dentist, Dr. Valencia, is like gold here! He took the time to come sit and talk with me, answer my LIST of questions, explain the process of what we will be doing and made me feel confident and comfortable with my procedures to be done! He even took the time to google a product I was asking if he was familiar with! Not one time did I feel judged by anyone in this office. Nobody tried to talk me into anything or tried to sell extra work or change my mind about what I went in to tell them I wanted done. This office gave me fair prices for the surgery and the work going to be done, compared to the other office I originally went to. I would suggest this dentist office to anyone! I have visit this dental office since my kids were little. Now they are young adults and we are still going. Great dental office, great service and great hygienist Veronica Ballard. We always go book our cleaning appointments with her. She is amazing.
