Angle was great. She explained everything as she worked and made sure I felt comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. Dr. Shah was amazing! Loved her energy from the beginning. She worked up a great treatment plan personalized for me and helped me with some cosmetic concerns as well. Overall a great experience and a great place for dental needs!

Everyone is warm, professional, and make every visit so easy. Sam takes the time to explain everything and ensures you’re comfortable. If you want a dentist who truly cares, this is the place!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the people who work at Providence Dental. From the receptionist to the hygienist, everyone is intent on making the patient as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Debbie is an angel. She keeps you engaged in everything she does, she explains everything to you. She is very conscious about not causing discomfort. I highly recommend this Dental office.

I received top tier Customer Care. I felt that my dentist Dr. Shah was very professional & concerned about the issues I was experiencing. I also received exceptional care from the young lady that did my cleaning and she took the time to do a great job and was concerned with any pain or discomfort I may have been experiencing. Providence Dental Spa is what I would call a Top Notch Dental business, I had a wonderful experience visiting for the first time. Everyone is in their profession and assistant each other. I've been to a few Dental offices but never had and felt so welcome. I was a Dental technician back in the day before my retirement, So I do know great service in this trade of work. This visit was by far the best experience I’ve had at a dental visit. Erica was amazing! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and gentle. The amenities that they offer was excellent. I would definitely recommend this facility and hygienist (Erica) to anyone looking for a dentist.

Very relaxing atmosphere, thorough care, and upfront about costs. Cannot recommend them enough!
Very accommodating as well.

I have bad dental anxiety, but they really made me feel at home. They gave me a blanket and a warm neck wrap to help keep me calm. They also explained the order of events and what to expect. The music was an added touch.

They took LOTS of X-rays and were speedy with placement and taking scans of my teeth to minimize discomfort.

Sam, my dental hygienist, was super informative and very nice. She was just the right amount of talkative to keep me at ease and to get to know her. She told me how I can improve my dental health and what the best tools to use are. She was a perfectionist at getting my teeth cleaned (and even went back when she found more calculus/ tartar hid between my crowded teeth and told me how I can feel if any is there when I floss).

I was concerned about cost, which they were very upfront about. They ran numbers multiple times to see what the best treatment option would be according to cost. She brought me an itemized bill on what to expect so I can eigh my options. My copay was $0 with my insurance. They explained since there was no filling or tooth pulled, there wasn't a copay with my insurance. The only thing I paid for was elective things that aren't typically covered by insurance.

They were very accommodating and worked with me last minute were to get me in sooner than I expected. They'll even text you if there's an opening available sooner.

They gave me good recommendations for a mouth guard to help with my jaw pain, mouthwash for my sensitive gums, and electric toothbrush.

I cannot recommend Sam and Providence Dental Spa enough!!
