I had a hard time finding a dentist who accepts my Medicare Dental insurance, but I was relieved when I found Pusch Ridge Family Dental in Oro Valley. They accept so many different insurances, which made the whole process so much easier.

Dr. Emily Everett is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Her expertise and gentle hand saved two of my molars from needing root canals, and she even managed to get the crowns covered by my insurance. I couldn’t be happier with the care I received.

The staff, especially Brittany and Lauren, went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. When my temporary crown fell out because I was chewing gum, they got me in immediately and secured it back on until my permanent crowns come in.

I highly recommend Pusch Ridge Family Dental for their exceptional service and care.

This is a last resort effort to get the attention of the back office. Going on nearly a year now the office has not billed my insurance for a routine exam. Instead I get asked monthly to pay $420 for a visit that should be covered. On multiple occasions I've called to follow up and given my current insurance info. From my experience the office seems unorganized and the staff seem like poor communicators. I have wasted my time and regret my visit. I would not recommend.

Let me start by saying that I loved Dr. Evert and her staff. This isn’t a reflection of their customer service. But after just two visits we started getting thousands of dollars worth of work being quoted to us, after insurance. I trust the doctor because I’m not educated in that field, so we paid for it. Our first time back after all the work (about seven months), we were told that my son’s crown was infected and now needed a root canal. We were also quoted $1k for two cavities. He’s young, so I got a second opinion. Further x-rays found that there was no infection, that the crown had misaligned his bite and there was bruising under the tooth. No root canal needed. The new dentist also quoted us $50 for the two cavities.

I just can’t deal with the price gouging in OV. The same thing happened with our veterinarian, who literally admitted that they charge more because of “the area.” It’s not okay. Shop around. We loved the staff at Pusch peak but the prices were unethical.
