I am writing to express my frustration with the terrible service I've received during my last two visits to your office.

The lack of professionalism and poor organization has been so bad that I feel it's necessary to warn other patients and file complaints with the Irvine Company (your landlord) and the Dental Board of California.

On my first visit, I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00 AM. I arrived on time, but the front desk staff member responsible for verifying my insurance was late. After being asked to sit in the dentist's unit and get ready for my appointment, I was then told I had to leave because the staff member couldn't verify my PPO insurance. This is especially frustrating because I've used my insurance at multiple other offices without any issues. No one at your office seemed to know how to handle something as simple as insurance verification. I had another appointment to get to, so I had no choice but to leave.

I gave your office another chance and scheduled a follow-up appointment at 11:00 AM, hoping the issues would be resolved. While my insurance was verified correctly this time, the rest of my experience was just as bad. A woman, who wasn't even wearing scrubs, cleaned my teeth in about five minutes, and then I was told to wait for Dr. Man. I waited an entire hour ( 60 minutes) , but Dr. Man never showed up. I had a meeting to attend, so I had to leave without seeing him.

Before I left, I asked them to pass along my contact information to Dr. Man so he could explain why I was scheduled at a time when no doctor was available. It's been Seven days, and I still haven't heard from him or anyone at his office.

This is completely unacceptable. The fact that no one has followed up shows either extreme negligence or complete incompetence on your part.

I believe either the office staff didn't pass along my information to Dr. Man (which suggests intentional neglect) or Dr. Man himself is aware of the situation and doesn't care. Either way, this is a failure in both patient care and professionalism.

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of respect for my time and the poor service. Your office needs to do better, as it is clear you are not prioritizing your patients.

The dentists are great here! Dr. Lee is very patient and caring. Dr. Man is friendly and straight to the point. I love that they are bilingual in Mandarin Chinese for my relatives. They are also pediatric dentists so it makes it easier to care for the whole family. They take their time to understand your needs. Front staff is friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this dental office.

Very patient & friendly front desk. Dr Man does not only fillings but also implants & some basic root canal, that is really a plus for patients because we stay only in one office for lots of services. Another plus for my elderly parents is they have staffs that can speak mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese, & Cantonese.
