Been part of this dental practice for years. Entire family. I am a medical professional and I can tell you the front staff is professional, courteous and caring. My experience with the hygenist have been second to none. The dentist has a great bed side manner and my personal experience with an extensive procedure was 5 star. They’ll take care of you.

DO NOT GO HERE! On October 10th I had two fillings replaced and I have been in HORRIBLE pain since! They didn’t bother me prior but was told they needed to be done. Fast forward to today and I now need two root canals due to the size of the replacement fillings. Dr. Ergash made the fillings way too big and too deep and caused me nerve damage. So I am warning everyone that this is an awful place! And I had been a patient for almost 20 years prior to her taking Dr.Kim’s place! Do not go here!!!

I’ve been going to this dentists for over 5 years! I love the staff! Ashley is awesome she’s always friendly and very accommodating setting up my appointment or if I ever need to reschedule. Traci and Janis also make me feel welcomed and Dr. Kim and the hygienist are always very thorough and take their time. I went a few weeks ago and they saw me on time and did a very great pain free job on my biannual cleaning and check up. What I especially like is that they aren’t overly pushy about other procedures or services unlike some other dentists I have gone to in the past. They always send me home with a goody bag too!

Quality Dentistry in Livermore was my dentist office last year. I have since moved and visit a different office but I absolutely loved the staff. Ashley at the front desk has a very warm and welcoming personality. Dr. Kim was great, comforting and very easy to be comfortable around. (Not to mention, good looking!) 😋. His assistants were also a pleasure. Children will also love the aquarium they have in the waiting area. I recommend this dental office to any local residents.

I've been going here for about ten years. There are several dentists here and I have been to all of them. I've had a couple fillings, a root canal and two crowns put in. My husband has had several fillings and now getting orthodontia. They show you the xrays and explain things to you. No question is dumb, and you are treated with a great deal of respect. The office staff are friendly and efficient. The office is very clean! It's kid friendly as well as adult friendly. They understand that no one looks forward to going to the dentist - and they make it easier for you by being great.

I highly recommend, Dr. Kim at Quality Dentistry in Livermore. I was having a lot of problems with my jaw, from grinding my teeth at night. He recommended a night guard, which he made for me and the pain has significantly gone away. He’s kind and very thorough. The clinic is very clean and child-friendly with fun giveaway toys and a cool fish tank to calm the nerves.Thank you, Dr. Kim and staff!☺️

This is my new dentist and I'll keep coming back for a few important reasons. First off, I'm really busy and they were awesome about getting me a convenient appointment. Second, I had moved and missed a couple of years worth of cleanings so when I went in for my appointment I was afraid the appointment would include pain and lectures - none of either! My favorite reason for going back is my pretty smile - the cleaning was AWESOME and Dr. Manaois was terrific - he took the time to ask questions, listened carefully and recommended a treatment that solved a problem I've had for years. On the first visit. I am so much happier now that I have a dentist that I can look forward to seeing!

I love quality dentistry!! They have a super helpful front desk lady named Ashley who is very nice. Shes always so helpful when it comes to my scheduling and insurance questions. Great customer service! I will definitly be back!!
