Don't use the facility in Heflin. The Dr. Is never there, never answer's messages, etc. I've been a patient for years and never had these issues before when Tracy Wade, NP was there!! I'm on medication that cannot be stopped abruptly, and for the past 2 months I've ran out waiting for Dr.Victoria to send it to my pharmacy. I started calling 2weeks ago, my pharmacy also faxed her, and still today I sit here without my meds. I've called everyday, still nothing!! No call back, no medication, nothing. Today I called the main complex in Gadsden, and was told who to speak with concerning this issue...guess what? No answer there either, had to leave a message each time and I still have not had a call-back!!
I sincerely hope this reaches the person in charge, who hopefully can help me resolve this. Somebody, ANYBODY Who can help me? Disgraceful!! Utterly a shame!! Does anyone there even care about your patient, or the needless, pure disregard of patient care?

Would be zero if they'd let me was told what to bring an when I got there they refused to see me unless I paid almost 3000 dollars will not be going back.

Terrible, my son is battling melanoma cancer with a rare braf mutation and he had an appointment on July 2 that doctor Tariq spent less than a minute with. Was suppose to send a referral to a oncologist but never did. His next appointment was on July 16 they rescheduled it for today the 24 went in and they rescheduled it for August 13th. The worst doctor ever. I wouldn't take my dog here. So we found another doctor

I know Quality of Life gets a lot of bad reviews I haven't had any problems. The staff is usually very friendly.
I visited the Dental Clinic on this day. It was very clean and professional, as always. The staff was professional and friendly.
There is always a huge wait to get an appointment for Dental, though. They have very few dentists available for a lot of patients who are trying to be seen.

Definitely horrible. I had my appointment for some test results at 1. Went on time and didn’t get called to a room until 1:40. At 2:20 I asked what was taking long. Was told the doctor wasn’t there and that I had to reschedule, after waiting for more than an hour

Every time we have gone to the peds we wait hours. I've gotten into it with a more then 1 staff member. Currently have been waiting 3 MONTHS for them to transfer my kids records to the new doctor . They care are about nothing.

This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! The staff are lazy. Waited almost an hour to be called back and then all the doctors and nurses are sitting on their butts laughing and chitchatting. They don’t know how to schedule correct times for appointments or how to schedule you for the right appointment. I was supposed to be seen for a referral to get sent to Birmingham then they scheduled me for a 15 minute time pool to go over my blood test results which I already went over last visit. They are very messy and all lazy. Not to mention the dr in peds DOESNT KNOW HOW TO DO HER JOB! It’s just ridiculous. Avoid this place!

I use their pharmacy. I call ahead to request refills. Once I get there I walk in get my medication and walk out. I never have to sit or wait. If I get a new prescription the longest I have waited is 10 minutes. Quick, fast, and easy.
