I had dead bone removed from where an extracted tooth had been at Rancho Oral Surgery. Afterward I complained about terrible pain. Not only did the oral surgeon do nothing he was arrogant about my complaint. I went to another oral surgeon two times as he said to come back in a few months if the pain was still there and he did nothing. Finally after a year of pain I saw Todd Sumner DDS MD and he found the problem. The bone was left with a point on it that the Dr could feel with his finger. The Dr removed the sharp point and after that the pain was gone. The Dr at Rancho Oral Surgery acted like I was nuts along with the second oral surgeon. Thank goodness Dr. Sumner listened.

I was referred to Dr. Pulsipher several years ago by my dentist Dr.Walker. Dr. Pulsipher has been taking care of my implant plan. He had performed extractions, bone grafting, and implants. I'll be seeing him in two weeks to have the posts installed and then it's four more months of healing and back to Dr. Walker for the rest. Dr. Pulsipher has two locations, this one in Murietta (The newer and nicer of the facilities) and the one in Hemet. The staff at both locations are equally competent and have always treated me well. Dr. Pulsipher knows his stuff and he spares no expense in investing the latest and greatest equipment to provide the utmost care for his patients. I like the guy personally and if you see him I think you will too.

Dr. Pulsipher is both a dentist and an oral surgeon. He is kind and explains the procedures he is going to do. The office is extremely well organized and well run. My experience here thus far has been excellent. Nobody wants to have oral surgery done, but if you have to, this is the place to go to. Both the doctor and his staff are very nice and comforting.

Excellent, staff was very friendly, helpful,. The wait time was minimal, the paperwork can be completed before you get there. I was very pleased to find out I have a choice on whether I stay awake or not. I am a stay awake person, I liked that. The oral surgeon was nice, explained what was going to happen, asked if I had any questions, actually answered them. REFRESHING to actually be seen as a person. I will be seeing them again! The entire staff was so helpful, patient, and quite friendly.
I felt totally comfortable even though I am petrified of dentist, I am a complete believer in his ability.
Totally different reception than the dentist that I visited on Monday, even though the assistant to the dentist & the dentist were warm & pleasant.

I really like Rancho Oral & Facial Surgery facility. The Dr. Is very knowledgeable & had my best interest at heart, he explained the whole procedure to me & how we will move forward. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable they spent time to make me an appointment in just a few days. I would recommend this place to everyone.

This team of professionals is awesome. Very friendly, clean and inviting office. There are no surprises here, they thoroughly go over every procedure and invoice with you. I do have to mention after my procedure I had no bleeding and very little pain. I would highly recommend this team for your oral surgery needs. Christi Lee : )
