Too long of a wait time and a bad experience

My appointment was at 10 AM, and I thought I would have to wait a while, as is normal in healthcare situations. But the wait I experienced was too long and not acceptable. I and other patients had to wait for more than five hours without being told what was going on or being told they were sorry.

Shockingly, I was made to wait for over 6 hours. Waiting for such a long time was very annoying and got in the way of my plans for the day. It was also clear that the clinic staff wasn't giving any updates or answers, which made things even more frustrating.

The long wait without any food made my client physically uncomfortable and added to my worry. It is unacceptable for a healthcare worker to ignore such basic needs and the well-being of their patients.

I know that delays can happen in medical settings, but the length of the wait and the way the problem was handled were not professional. It says bad things about the clinic's management and customer service.

Had an appointment for 12:00 noon for a consultation. So I can get my son's tooth fixed arrived early to fill out. Paperwork signed in my name. The front desk perception is does not communicate with you. She just sits on her a** talking with her colleagues about nothing. In particular, while the patients wait in the waiting room for 2 to 4 hours without even being called to the front. To give your ID to go. Along with the paperwork, this place needs to be shut down. We need more places that are genuine and caring for individuals with special needs. And this place is just taking advantage of our time and our emotion. Shins, there is no bedside manner here. The lady at the front desk is worthless. This place needs to be shut down immediately

A horrible appointment system scarifying patients' precious time, a bunker like waiting room, and long waiting hours (average 3-4 hours): For handicapped patients, there are only a few dental surgery centers in Inland Empire region. That's why this kind of management works. That harsh and inhuman appointment system should be changed.

Never again. My son's first appointment a year ago went well. So that's why I made an appointment for this year. I asked when calling for the appointment, that I would like to schedule a deep cleaning because they use anesthesia and last year they told me my son would benefit from annual deep cleaning. So they put in the authorization request from insurance and then they contacted me when we were approved so they scheduled my son. Now this facility wants all medical records, notes, and authorization signatures from every doctor you or your loved one has ever seen. Regardless if you see that doctor for annual reviews or just check ups as needed. So be prepared to spend lots of time doing all this leg work on their behalf. All of which has to be done and sent in prior to your appointment. And they will interrogate you if you try to only give the PC records, notes, and signatures. It's not enough.

So the night before the surgery they don't want the patient eating or drinking after midnight. The problem is, Regardless of your appointment time be prepared to wait for 4 hours. So if you have a loved one with a disability, they will have to sit there, in a packed waiting room hungry, thirsty, and uncomfortable for FOUR HOURS. They won't tell you this when you make an appointment. But they will tell you that when you check in and sign your paperwork. Absolutely ridiculous. This wait time is due to the fact that they over schedule. They don't care about your wait times they just want to pack in as many people as possible day in and day out.

When my son finally got called back in the middle of the afternoon, interrogated by the anesthesiologist, who makes you go over every possible doctor you've ever seen in your life and may ask you to call them for additional notes and signatures to be immediately faxed over, and we go back in the patient room, only to be told, "oh this is just a basic cleaning, we'll let you know if we recommend a deep cleaning." No one ever explained this to me. So my son had to go through the anesthesia process, nothing to eat or drink for 17 hours because my son eats dinner at dinner time not midnight, waits for 4 hours in a packed waiting room.....all for a basic floss, polish, and cleaning an for them to say he should get a deep cleaning in 3 months....nope. Never again. Avoid this place. Horrible. They cater to the disabled community btw. Absolutely horrible.

I got to my 8 am appointment and 7:30 am and was there for 6 hours. It took 5 hours for my niece who is 7 to be seen. Mind you her last meal was at 7:30 pm the night before. About 5-6 people that got there after us was seen before us. Apparently the paperwork the doctor provided me wasn't the right paperwork, so I had to call her primary doctor to have the correct forms emailed over. Mom signed for approval which I was initially told her signature was sufficient, but had to get mom on the phone to also get a verbal consent. The worse part of it all was the nurse who checked my niece out. She was annoyed and frustrated how my niece came out of the anesthesia crying, screaming, and hitting. She made it clear that no kids act like that when they come out. If she would have took a moment to figure out what she was saying, she would have realized she was asking for her sweater that they made her takeoff before surgery.

The work is ok, and the providers are nice enough. But no one answers the phone. Other reviewers aren’t kidding about the four hour wait. I intentionally made the appointment right after lunch because the patient does not wait well. Still hours and hours. They will charge you as much as humanly possible and unless you have a degree in medical coding you won’t know how to fight it. The only reason we go here is that it’s the only place that will do the entire treatment in one sitting with anesthesia. Otherwise save your sanity and money and don’t go.
