I put four stars because at this point I have had preventative care done on my teeth.

This office has improved greatly from a year ago.

The front desk ladies are now knowledgeable and friendly, I experienced no negative nasty attitude… just smiles and thank you.

Daniel is a young man that made me feel very welcomed and he was efficient and Ready to go when I arrived.

My dentist… is a sweet lady who does a great job both times I visited. She did not try to work up a bill on me, and she was gentle and welcoming as well.

Very happy I have this place another shot. 🧘🏽‍♀️

I was having quite a time with getting new dentures...the staff there is so friendly and the dentists there seem more than capable. I am so grateful because i have partnerships hmo but they were not taking anymore denture referrals. I called and got in the next week. Thank you for your patience with me and all my issues. First time patient. Literally a lunch hour appointment. Everyone masked accommodating to my needing to read lips as severely hard of hearing. Quick check in on my phone and desk agent. Wait. X-ray tech completes lead blanket protocol, X-ray instrument application and sanitized instrument setup for Dr while images of my mouth fill the monitor.
I know my teeth and am lucky to have good ones. So, laughed out loud when Dr told me I needed 20 cavities from a first time inspection. Dr was quick and thorough and scheduled me for cleaning. I was super anxious I wouldn't make my next appointment but they were great

Dr. Lupita is truly amazing! She took such great care of not only me but also my children. Her kindness, attention to detail, and gentle approach made us feel comfortable and well cared for throughout every visit. I just went for a cleaning . But the dentist was very confident and informative and accommodating and even talked to me about some alternative methods she was willing to try instead of a big procedure that I need. I appreciated that. I don't love assembly line dentistry where everybody is in the same room it can be stressful and many people in a small area raise that level of stress. But they put me in an end space and it was private. I appreciated that. The experience was better than I expected. Thank you .

Even though I was late for my appointment everyone was courteous and friendly. My x-ray tech was soft spoken and patient with me. My teeth were cleaned and polished beautifully. My teeth look and feel great. I was finished with the cleaning in under an Hour.

Everyone in this office went above and beyond to make my visit a positive one. Prior to my appointment the front desk staff confirmed that not only did they accept my insurance but they were also in network, preventing any unexpected charges. Also, during my appointment I unexpectedly I needed to bring my 2 year old in with me for my exam, not the ideal situation but everyone in the office helped make it work. I’m excited to have found such a great dentist in Santa Rosa!

My first visit to Redwood Family Dentistry was wonderful. It had been a while since my last dental appointment, and I was impressed by the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process:) I had an X-ray and a deep cleaning, and they took the time to explain each step clearly.
