Appt at 10:40am. Been waiting for 20 minutes and no movement. It’s about 100 degrees already with a waiting room that is over flowing with people. All the seats are filled and people are standing and creating more heat just from all the bodies. This is inhumane un sanitary and plain stupid. I’d post a photo for proof but I have someone standing right over me nut to butt and it’d look a little creepy. I walked out after waiting for 25 minutes and rescheduled over the phone and asked if the date I picked would be the same situation with the waiting area over flowing and overbooked. The lady that took my call answered with a “it depends”. This place does not care about people’s health and time. Money hungry.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! went in to fix chip tooth, their plans were to fix other teeth and leave the chip tooth for another day. Spent 3hrs there. They told me I’d see a refund within 5 business days 3 weeks went by and no I had to go pick up a check instead since the DOCTOR who process refunds at his convenience was having issues. I went in to Pick up the check not even a hi, an apology or a thank you from the 3 people at the front. From a person who works in customer service it is obvious this office lacks in a lot of area’s.

I went over on Tuesday of July 25 we had a appointment at 10am they called my daughter to the back who’s 7 and they didn’t let me go back with her and then ask I would get called back there and they said yes after the pictures but they never did. They send her to front telling me she has 4 cavities but that’s it I never talked to the dr and had no idea what they worked on her teeth when they called her back there. No communication with the dr whatsoever but they were quick to schedule a appointment for her cavities for the following week and then gets canceled the day of.

I've been going to Reedley Family Dental for a few years now. Almost every time I go there, they are late taking me in. To make matters even worse, after the first delay, they would take me in, sit me in the dental chair, and make me wait another 30 minutes before they started working on me. To be fair, the dentist is friendly, and the environment is good; nothing to complain about except their time management. If you are pressed for time, this dentist's office is not for you; they do not value the patient's time.

I have had really good experiences here until today. I came in with a horrible toothache and instead of finding out the cause of this pain I got lectured on brushing my teeth which I forgot to do this morning before appointment and I usually brush my teeth every day. I told them how much pain I was in from this toothache and all they did was scrape the teeth and cause me more pain. I literally was crying. No antibiotics was prescribed which I could have have needed and was told to swish with mouthwash which didn't help. No compassion, no pain relief and I'm still in pain from this tooth?!

They did a root canal on me and turns out they did it improperly. Now it has a cavity and need to have it extracted did not last more than 6 years

My son and wife booth have broken files in their roots due to dr’s root canals. Need I say more. Prob not. My wife has two crowns that were done less than probably 2 years and they are turning grayish. My kids had never had cavities and I tooth them there, and it turned out that they had like 10 each like really no I can’t believe I took my people there. His pretty convincing don’t let him fool you. Oh and his manager. Even wrost. Tries to be convincing but don’t know nothing. Dr. Torres was alway showing pictures of naked Colombian girls
Dr Torres is the Ortho dr. Very unprofessional.

When I say I had never left reviews no matter how bad the experience on any place online. But when I tell you I give this place 1 star, trust me it is because that is the lowest it lets me give! Horrible experience went in the just for a quick check up they told me I had a couple cavities and since my insurance covered I accepted to get them treated… only thing is now I’m having pain on teeth/molars that I never had before! Went 25 years perfectly fine, soon as I visited this place to get some cavities treated now I’m having aches on certain teeth that only occurred after the visit I speak of. Would not recommend to anyone, not even if it was the only place my insurance covered me od rather go else where and pay!
