Don't trust this guy or his office.

I saw Dr. Call for 3 implants and a new crown to replace one that was broken as in "half gone". The new crown was on a "Treatment Plan" but it wasn't until Dr. Call was doing the implant next to the broken crown that he even asked about it. He said "so what are we doing about this broken crown?" Keep in mind this is as his doing an implant on the tooth next to the broken crown. So I told Dr. Call that I had told his staff when I first started seeing him that I OBVIOUSLY needed the crown replaced. Well in turns out this was the first he'd heard of it...after he's already sized my for the crown on the nieghboring implant. Once he an his assistant realized they're office communication was lacking they starting commening about how some changes might need to be made. Just what I wanted to here. So Dr. Call does the implant first....and it's huge. It protrudes into my mouth well outside the jawline of the other teeth. There are big gaps that collect food and the gum is deteriorating. I have photos. Once he did the implant there wasn't much room to replace the nighboring crown so he put on this micro crown..discolored...and further out of alignment with the rest of the teeth in my mouth. Now I just have this odd sized giant implant crown that protrudes into my mouth and a micro crown that's nearly black. Dr. Call says it's ok that it's a differect color because it's just stronger material. The crown he put on overhangs the tooth. I can't floss. After Dr. Call glued on the crown he just left. Never took another xray...never called. He left his assistant who had never done more that stuggle to take an x ray to complete the removal of glue, check the bite, and ensure flossing is possible. Well none of that happened. I can't floss...the teeth are the wrong color and out of alignment, food gathers because the teeth are such drastically different sizes and out of alignment. Disaster. The upper implant Dr. Call was doing seeming never "took". I went in to have the crown or top of the implant put on and was in imense pain. Dr. Call was like..."oh darn, that happens sometimes". This is the tooth near the eye tooth that pretty much only shows when you smile but everyone sees it. It's very diminishing. For nearly a year Dr. Call took xrays and said everything looked good. He said I had to wait nearly a year for his bone implant whatever to heal. Well it never did. Dr. Call removed the base of the implant put in some more bone whatever. The 3rd implant is looking infected. There are dark shadowing areas near the base of the implant. The implant itself is well below the neighboring teeth and seated well into the gum so as to be lower into the gum than any other teeth. So it might have to come out. So I'm 0-3 Transplants....he screwed up the crown.... all this and nearly a year of my live driving 45 minutes each way to his office. Now he says he stands by his dark crown....out of alignment teeth...infected implant....on one of the crowns it's overhanging and impossible to floss. Dr. Call says he's a Cosmetic Dentist...asthetics right? No...no he tells me his work is satisfactory. With regard to Dr calls comments…. I’ve consulted with a periodontist and well regarded cosmetic Dentist they agree your work needs to be redone. Your lies about digitally altered pictures are just that. and you saying you can do dentistry with your eyes closed… exactly what your work looks like…. You must have had your eyes closed. So your lies are absurd. I provided X-rays and you say they don’t matter… you say I digitally altered the pics? you met me when you were doing g tooth extractions at another dentists office and stealing their patients. I first went into your office after the extraction and you asked me to not tell the other dentist that you’re out poaching patients cuz your own practice doesn’t support youBut your office is in Scottsdale - you drove to Mesa to do an extraction. Not exactly the sign of a dentist with a thriving practice. Patient poaching lying Dr Call.

The experience was great, everyone is super kind and very welcoming, the lady that did my cleaning, Kaylee, was absolutely great. I've gotten two fillings and a cleaning done here, for both the fillings I had no doubt in my mind that I was a good hands. 10 out of 10 would recommend coming here for any dental work.
