I’ve always been terrified of the dentist due to bad past experiences, so like many others, I put off going for years. I initially visited Dr. Lim to have a permanent retainer rebonded, and I had such a great experience with him that I was able to get past my fear and schedule an exam and treatment.

Dr. Lim is incredibly accommodating and gentle. He took the time to listen to my fears and made me feel comfortable and heard throughout the entire process. He didn’t pressure me into any unnecessary treatments and helped me navigate and understand my insurance while creating a plan that worked for me. He was even responsive to my questions outside of business hours. I honestly didn’t know a dentist like this could exist.

His staff is just as amazing—friendly and welcoming. I would never go to a dentist I didn’t like, and the fact that I’ve decided to continue seeing Dr. Lim and feel comfortable coming back for treatment speaks volumes. I highly recommend him to anyone, especially if you’re nervous about the dentist like I am!

He is very detail-oriented and provided a thorough explanation of our oral health after the exam.
