Dr. Song was incredibly thorough and attentive, taking the time to explain the procedure in detail and ensuring I was fully prepared for the anesthesia. Both he and his staff were exceptionally friendly and supportive throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation to post-surgery care.

As someone who was quite nervous beforehand, their warm and reassuring demeanor made a world of difference. They patiently answered all my questions, which helped ease my anxiety and made the entire experience much more comfortable.

After the procedure, Dr. Song even went the extra mile by coming out to the car to check on me and make sure I had enough gauze. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, and I’m happy to say my recovery was smooth with minimal discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Song and his team for their professionalism, kindness, and exceptional care!

The service was amazing! I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed so I was referred to Renew Oral and Implant Surgery. At first I was nervous to have my first ever surgery with people I was not familiar with, however, this unease quickly faded. The surgeon made sure I knew how the surgery would go and that all my questions were answered. In addition to this, he made sure I was comfortable with the person who came in with me being there. After my procedure, the front desk checked in several times throughout my recovery to ensure I had a safe recovery. I would 10/10 recommend them!

Renew Oral Surgery is a welcoming and caring office. From the front office staff, Michelle and Mandy, to the back office staff, Denise and Dr. Song, they took excellent care of my daughter. She had no issues returning to her normal routine in the days following her surgery. I highly recommend this office. Not only is Dr. Song amazing at what he does, but the staff also cares deeply and checks in on their patients from the time they step foot into the office and continues to follow up to ensure everything heals correctly.
