I just got my teeth cleaned by JC here at restore dental and she is fantastic. Not only does she do a great job, but she's also friendly and very approachable. I would like to have her clean my teeth every single time in the future. The best hygienist ever!!!!

I took my 83 year old mother to get partial dentures on Oct 8th. Everything was going well in October and she got her molds done by end of October. They said they would reach out to me once they come back. The didn't call me for two months so I reached out to them early January. They apologized and I was still okay at this point since things could happen. At this point the South Gate office was closed so now they were sending us to the LA office. The dentures were suppose to arrive before my appointment Feb 1st but they called and canceled my appointment on January 31st. They said they would call me back but they never did. The following Saturday I called and explained my frustration that this has been taking longer than they had originally told me. The receptionist took my information and said they would call me and again they didn't. I gave them another week and called the following Saturday and they said the dentures were arriving that day so I scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday on February 22nd at 9am. We arrived 10 minutes before 9am and they had us waiting until 9:35am. A woman came out around 9:35am and told us that the dentures were not there and should be arriving around 11:30am. At this point I was beyond upset because they didn't have the courtesy to call the day before and tell me that the dentures had not arrived or even when I arrived at the appointment. What was more upsetting was that they told me they had no control of when the dentures arrive but again they didn't take responsibility for not calling us and having to take my mother to their office. Mind you that my mother is in a wheelchair and that office has no handicap parking so I was struggling every time I would have to take my mother to the office. We left their office upset and I called their office later that day to get a refund for the dentures I paid for but have not received. They told me that the manager was not there and would be there Monday. I called all week and they took my information and would say they manager was working from home and would call me back. She never called me back. It's been 10 days since I requested a refund and not one person has called me back. Since 5 months have passed and we have not received the dentures I decided to file a claim with my credit card company. It's really disappointing, was hoping my Mom would have her dentures before her 84th birthday but that will not happen. I would not recommend this place.

These people are the greatest in dentistry. I don’t think I could have done these particular procedures with any other dental office. He’s the best dentist I’ve dealt with all my life. Do not hesitate to be seen by this guy, he’s in another level.

I am so grateful to the best dentist in downtown Los Angeles! The stars were so nice and compassionate! John was amazing and they helped me during an emergency with horrible tooth pain.

I was experiencing extreme pain in my gums and initially went to an urgent dental care clinic for the pain. They said I needed a gingivectomy, but it would take months for me to be put on their schedule. I called several other clinics and they all said the wait would be weeks to months. When I called Restore Dental, they got me in the next day! I am very grateful that Johanna, the office manager, and Dr. Arash, were able to get me in so soon. Everyone at the office was very friendly and welcoming as well. The procedure itself was quick and painless. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been coming to Yes Dental for years and years now, always had great dental work done by them! Dr. Kim just redid my top teeth and that man is magician cause I went from Joe Dirt to Johnny Depp!!! 😂 Ive been smiling all day (and yes i asked for the long fangs btw lol)
