Ridgeview Dental: Sandoval Tori DMD

I love my dentist! I know that sounds weird but the first time I went to her in 2022 I had a chipped front tooth and no insurance and was getting married she fixed my tooth and when I got insurance I've never been to another dentist in town. She's helpful her staff loves her and so do her patients! The only way I will go to other professionals in this industry is if Dr Sandoval recommends them. Thanks for all you do for our community Dr Sandoval.

Very bad dentist that hurt my wife and I both on separate occasions. We finally choose somewhere other than a dentist not married to a fireman. It seems Tori made it personal, and then inflicted the pain. Want my advice, steer clear of this place.

Great dentist and pleasant knowledgeable staff. There’s a lobby with tv, kid’s corner, sofa, chairs, fridge stocked with water. They send text, email, and phone call reminders for appointments. They’ll also give a reminder card if you’d like one. They send email reminders of insurance benefits to remind you to use them before the end of the year. Orders are done timely. They do see pediatric patients.

I've been going here for 4 years. Dr. Sandoval and her team are top notch. They treat you like family and help/assist in any way they can! Highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist

I'm actually loving this dentist and all staff! My kiddos can be a little extra during their visits. I get anxiety just knowing their checkups are coming up but everyone at Ridgeview was phenomenal! They were interactive with the kids and really made the visit incredibly positive. I couldn't have asked for a more nurturing and patient team. Thankful I found these beautiful gems. Dare I say that my kiddos had a blast at the dentist? They absolutely did!!

Love this office and staff but when I called to see if they perform Zoom whitening, I was told they do so I scheduled an appt only to show up and get Colgate whitening which is much less effective.I’ve had Zoom a couple times in the past and it’s amazing. Colgate… not so much. Now I have to go back for 2 additional treatments. Wish I had shopped around more.

Not good. Was told over the phone she does tooth extractions. Made appointment. Got there and was told by the Dr herself she doesn't do tooth extractions. Her staff than tried to plus sale a bigger bill by trying to get me to do something else with that tooth that would have cost over $2000. ( thousands) every body cannot afford that. What a waste of my time. I left that place. Could have made appointment elsewhere few months ago.

Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had!! My dental hygienist was so kind, friendly, informative and helpful. She gave me lots of information that will assist in after care and never made me feel inferior. Dr. Sandoval was incredibly nice, helpful and caring. She listened to every piece of information and gave suggestions and advise. My only regret is not going to her sooner! Highly recommend!
