I have been seen here for almost 2 years now. Everything has always been great. I love this place until today. I literally wanted to cry. I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE. I need a new dentist ASAP ! AVOID HERE !

I had an appointment today for my braces and when I arrive they tell me I have to pay $500 before I can been seen because it has been over 6 months since I been seen. I don’t have that money and I wasn’t aware of this. Why wouldn’t they let me know this before driving all the way here. They offer me to pay $100 today and rest later but I don’t even have $100 I just had a child I’m on leave. It’s hard out here.

(I haven’t been able to come to my appointments because I moved and they are a far drive. I just had a baby and then shortly after caught covid. I have been sick.)

I let them know. I can’t pay that, but I would like to transfer to a different location closer to my house so I won’t miss my appointments again. They refuse and tell me they will not transfer all my records or information to another location until I’m seen at this location again. I request to speak to the Dr and he doesn’t come up to speak to me.

THEY ARE SO MEAN. They could have put everything on a payment plan. I paid off my braces already they see I am reliable why not just add that to my account instead of making me pay all of that I have no money to pay that and I was unaware until I got to my appointment.

Front desk seen that I have not been seen in a long time and you guys turn me away instead of adding that to my account and I can slowly pay it all why not help me be seen today. IM SO MAD.

Dr. Larry, Jonas, and Rebecca have been amazing with every visit we’ve had. My husband and I both have braces and they’ve been very accommodating when ever we both come in for adjustments. I always had this one tooth that wasn't lined up with the others. It always bothered me, but I never did anything about it. Well, in my older age, I decided to finally take care of it. After much research, reading reviews on a few different dental offices, I decided to give Risas a try. I'm so glad I did. Dr Larry and his smiling crew took great care of me, helping calm my nerves through the braces process. Well, 2½ years later, I finally had them gently removed this morning, and I'm excited with the results. I recommend Risas ?.

I moved back to Arizona from Ohio and found this office and for sure it’s been the best by far. We started at Risas in Tucson but no comparison whatsoever. We love this office and all the staff!
