I've been for the most part, a lifelong patient here. I took a break from dental care for some time and when i came back...decades later, they still had my profile. They quickly worked with me to update my insurance and swiftly scheduled me an emergency appointment to address a needed root canal to avoid a much more severe problem with my mouth.

Dr Agarwal is the best dentist I've ever had. She gave me an exam and cleaned my teeth. She is very caring. I have very sensitive teeth/gums to cold and she just didn't continue doing her job at my expense. She made sure I was comfortable at all times - which meant stopping to take a moment when I needed to. The staff is wonderful too. I'm glad I found this place!

I am absolutely terrified of going to the dentist. I have had a deep fear of dentists from previous apts at other dental offices. River Family Dentistry has been the first dental office I’ve been to that has changed my mindset. Since day 1 the staff has been outstanding! They have accommodated my schedule, worked with me financially to inform me of payments, dates and amounts which enables me to more pare accordingly. Something I haven't had success with at other offices. Also, the staff has realized fairly quickly how “traumatized” I’ve become from previous dental experiences and they have been so incredibly gentle, patient, kind and compassionate. My first experience at River Family Dentistry with Dr. Agarwal was amazing. I’m 20 years old and came here to get an implant tooth. Of course I was nervous but the whole office was so friendly, made me feel comfortable, explained everything in detail and made sure I liked the outcome.
