I love River Valley Smile Center they welcome you with a friendly face and answer any questions when you check in. The dental team is outstanding. They have a way of making you feel at ease and care how you feel during your procedure. They explain what they are doing as they are working. It's nice to see that they are interested in how I am as well as my mouth! I actually enjoy my visits to the dentist now! I just can't find the words to say how wonderful they are and how happy I am to have them as the team who takes care of my teeth.

My husband and I were looking for a new dentist and went here for the first time to get our teeth cleaned. He had Danielle and I had Lynnett... we both are very satisfied with our cleaning. They both did a fantastic job on our teeth and were very friendly. They both paid attention to detail and were very thorough. We appreciate the kindness and quality of the care we received.

They were able to get me right in the same day l called. I have a very important event where l need to look and feel my best coming up and the very friendly, caring people involved were able to provide a solution that was doable financially and gave me the results l was looking for. Im super hesitant to write bad reviews and I really do not like too, but I went here to get my teeth cleaned, I chose this dentist because they took my insurance and have great reviews. The dentists and the staff are all super friendly, helpful, and I felt comfortable there.
During the cleaning I was told I have a couple of cavities, I got all of them filled and they were all fine except for the cavities filled on the upper right side of my mouth that were very painful ever since day 1 that I got them filled with no previous pain before the fillings. I told myself the pain would go away eventually, but it never did so I went back about a month after I had them filled and the dentist really did try to fix the issue, was nice about it, and I appreciated that. However the problem was still there. Waited a couple weeks and went back again for the pain still in the right side of my mouth. I should’ve gone back sooner but I was in denial that my teeth hurt so bad every time I ate and it was very unbearable and I didn’t want to believe that this is my new reality. I went back again for the second time and the dentist tried to fix them again, and I really appreciated that but unfortunately my teeth still hurt very bad every time I eat, forcing me to only eat on the left side of my mouth for 3 months now, which I have developed a new pain in my left jaw from over use from not being able to chew on the right side of my mouth. I was told that they don’t know why my teeth still hurt and I don’t think there’s anything they can do to make it feel better since I have already been back twice.
I called again out of desperation to see if I can see another dentist that works there to get a second opinion on why my teeth have been hurting for three months after getting my cavities filled and there response was it will be $100+ dollars.
This whole issue has caused me so much pain, desperation, denial, hopelessness, tears, and I’m reminded of it every time I eat. I really regret getting my cavities filled there. I’m hoping my teeth will heal eventually, but honestly my teeth on my right upper side do not feel the same since the procedure and as mentioned earlier are very painful.
As of now, I do not recommend going here and I will update this/delete my review if any changes happen.

The entire staff at river valley smile center is terrific from the admin staff to technicians to full dentists! They are very knowledgeable, technically adept and Also very humorous! The humor is a very important part of the appointment since it mitigates the underlying fear of being in the dentist chair! Top marks to this team!

had a pleasant experience at this clinic. The place is clean and welcoming. The doctors and hygienists are very good at what they do. However, the front desk could improve their customer service, especially in dealing with different ethnicities.

They really take their time to get to know you personally, which alleviates all anxiety and I feel 100% comfortable. I’m very pleased with the professional level of service I receive at every appointment-Dr. Liggett and his team are amazing!
