I have had several appointments in the past few months at Riverside Dental, PC, to get up to date with my own personal dental care and I was not disappointed. The whole atmosphere in the office is the right combination of professional and comfortable. The staff who assisted with and performed the dental procedures I needed, from check ups to cleanings-including Dr. Jason Kirkland- were exceptionally helpful and answered my questions in a manner which made sense to me. When it came time to check out, I very much appreciated the clear explanations about what my estimated insurance coverage would be, and what I could expect to pay out of pocket. I highly recommend Riverside Dental for all of your dental needs.

I went in today for my first visit and WOW I was blown away by the experience, professionalism and knowledge and top care. DR> KIRKLANDS TIME IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOURS!!!

I called and scheduled an appointment as a new patient, I had to wait about two months to get in and planned my life accordingly. I actually needed to see another the same day for a follow up and cancelled that appointment to make sure I could get in to riverside Dental. Lucinda had tried to call me to confirm, I returned her call at 3:10 pm the day before my appointment and was told " W gave you a time limit and now we have cancelled your appointment and given it to someone on our cancellation list."

Apparently Riverside Dental thinks their time is more valuable than mine or yours I was then treated as though they did not care at all and how dare I be upset.

Very nice dental facility and wonderful dental professionals. Diana is a kind, gentle hygienist and Dr. Kirkland is both skilled and thorough. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now.
