Omg. Can I say impressed with service!!! This was my first visit at Riverside Oral Surgery center and I was surprised! I only had to wait about 5 minutes. Dr. Brown is caring and compassionate but also vibrant. I came for my wisdom teeth extraction and the team was professional. There was music playing while I waited prior to the procedure and the small talk helped. The staff work for Dr. Brown from the front desk and beyond were considerate and made me feel comfortable to move forward with the procedure.

At 11:45a they were called abt my case and they took me in at 1p. I arrived and the staff was so friendly. They even watched my 4th grader while I was getting work done. They were excellent all around. Dr. Brown and her staff were amazing, they listened to me and took great care of me. But that wasn't all, the next day I received a call checking in on how I was doing. It was unexpected and something that is truly lost in most businesses, the personal connection. 5 stars all around.

Dr. Brown and the rest of the staff gave me great care when doing my wisdom tooth extractions. She was pretty easy going but also very skilled, which was so helpful to ease my anxiety. It has been around 24 hours later and I feel pretty much to normal with almost no pain. Even after the surgery I felt great.

Dr Freedberg is AMAZING! She answers all questions asked. She is patient and sympathetic. I was extremely nervous when I got there and the nurse made me feel at ease and comfortable. I would not go anywhere else for dental surgery. This practice went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best experience I could have. I highly recommend this practice.

Very efficient and pleasant office, considering what you are in there for. My only suggestion is to put some heat on especially when it's under 10 degrees outside. I waited an hour in the room before the procedure even started and I was freezing. I should have brought my coat with me. Dr. Brown was very efficient and quick. Overall, a pleasant enough visit.

I can't say enough positive things about visiting Doctor Margo freedburg at riverside oral surgery. I was a nervous wreck at 70 years old having a wisdom tooth removed. All of the other teeth I had taken out I was knocked out she reassured me that there was no reason to do that that she would be gentle and this would go easy and quickly. She was absolutely right very gentle very engaging made me feel very safe and comfortable. Margo and her team talked me through the whole thing kept me calm. If you have to have this done you really should consider seeing riverside oral surgery and in particular Doctor Freedburg.
