Driving cross country-my husband started to have a toothache. Called on a Sunday and the dr answered. Was seen Monday - Tammy the office manager was amazing! Took our insurance and got us referral and an appointment with an oral surgeon. My husband needed two root canals!!
Great office!! Kind and helpful people!! Highly recommend!!

My experience here at Thai dental clinic was impeccable. They truly care for their patients here and take their time with your dental care. The lady who cleaned my teeth was such a blessing, the lady who took my X-rays listened to all my concerns and the Dentist was so personable and relieved all my worries with my teeth! I truly felt so cared for here. My appointment was at 8 AM and I left at 10 AM, but I would rather wait and have a team that truly cares for me than be accelerated through a dental process where no one cares. This whole visit was such a blessing!

I am absolutely petrified of the dentist so to say I was nervous heading to my appointment was an understatement. The check in process was easy and staff made sure everything was sanitized afterwards. The dental assistant made me feel very comfortable and had amazing bedside manner. Dr. Robinson was extremely knowledgeable on what I needed for my dental care and explained everything perfectly! He made great conversation and made me laugh the entire time I received my care. I have worked in the medical field for a long time and was very impressed with how clean, organized, and incredible the staff is there. I highly recommend for dental care! 🙂 I will be back!

First things first, if you do not have a high tolerance for pain DO NOT go here because they will not prescribe you any pain medicine after your procedures. The front desk staff was okay, the office is small. I had to go back 4 times for 1 root canal! 4 times I had to take off work and deal with 2 hours of travel, for them loosen a previous filling during a cleaning and then lie and say I caused it to break. That's not the worst part, the hygienist told me she loosened it during the cleaning process and notated it. When I finally get to the 4th appointment to get my permanent crown and filling repaired( mind you this is after the pushed my appointment out another week due to the lab not having my crow ready). the dentist alleges I'm lying about one of his staff causing the issue and tries to charge me for the fill. I would NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone. They're only open Monday through Thursday and close by 4 . I honestly wouldn't even give them any stars but I have to to leave this review. I'm so disappointed with my experience I may even take legal action if they do not rectify their mess up.

Dr Robinson is a capable super nice Dentist. I was always afraid of dentists until I started seeing him. He makes me feel relaxed and not nervous, he’s funny too. I love his staff too. My husband and Mom also see him. My best friend referred him to me when we moved to the area.

I was on a cross country trip, had a dental emergency, and Dir Robinson and his staff saw me on short notice, gave me an accurate diagnosis and prescriptions I needed, as it was another six days before I could see and endodontist. I was lucky to get their good services in Barstow, and then find an endodontist in Flagstaff to do a root canal, at the True North Dentistry practice. Very grateful for Dr. Robinson's professionalism and his staff's responsiveness!

Awesome dentists and staff! I had a dental emergency and they went out of their way to work with me and see me immediately. My new front tooth (crown) looks incredible and perfect!
