AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS. After 2 years of wearing Invisalign (despite them promising it would be 9 months) they just scheduled me to get it removed. Nobody asked if I was happy with my smile (which I was not) At the time I wasn’t confident enough to stand up for myself. During the removal process they were filing between two of my teeth and broke a tooth which I needed a crown for. I called their office and they assured me it would be fine to wait a week after getting a new crown to get my retainer replaced. They were very much wrong and now an untrained receptionist ruined the lower half of my smile by allowing me to wait a week. After some google searches I eventually cut off the side of the old retainer that no longer fit (something the office should have told me to do over the phone to maintain my smile). The retainer they made as a replacement is trash it doesn’t fit because my teeth shifted way too much in a week so I wear the partially cut off one and they have refused to fix the retainer they made me that doesn’t fit without paying for a full set of new retainers. When I consulted with them to fix the parts of my smile I wasn’t happy with following initial treatment they quoted me just barely lower than I originally paid which seems ridiculous seeing as I was promised prior to treatment that I would be able to continue treatment until I’m happy. I’m very unhappy with my smile and wish I never wasted the money just to have to spend the money again if I actually want straight teeth. These doctors either don’t know what they are doing or simply don’t care go somewhere else.

Waited two weeks for an appointment only to get called the day before the appointment to be informed in a rude unapologetic manner that they could not keep the appointment and that their staff must have misunderstood what was needed (it was very clear and I was assured it would not be a problem and that they would be happy to help.) The staff needs to take a course in professional phone etiquette. Very unhappy with the entire situation and delay in care.

Me and my family all went to this Rollins and Petersen, it’s was a great time with them and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs braces. They are all nice people and I’m glad that I came to Rollins and Petersens for my braces.

This is not your typical dental office, the staff at Rollins & Petersen are extremely exceptional and very genuine. I would recommend there service to any one that wants to make sure there child receives the best possible care.

Great folks and wonderful attitudes, everyone is always so supportive, I’m 68 and now I have straight teeth. Wish I had done this years before!
