I had been in pain with a root canal that was done by another dentist. It had dragged on for months.I kept waiting for the pain to go away before the crown was put on.
It was a constant ache and I couldn't bite down on that side. It was so bad that I would wake up from the pain.
Dr Justin Fang did a revision.
I don't know what kind of magic he did but the pain is gone!
When I left the office I felt like I had made a mistake because it was hurting. It was just from the trauma that the tooth had gone through. But I was able to fall asleep and slept through the night.
The staff was absolutely amazing, what wonderful people! I rarely say this but I would highly recommend this office for any work that you need done.

The entire office is very welcoming. I was pretty nervous about the procedure. Dr. Harley Williams was very accommodating in making sure my questions were answered. She also checked in with me many times to make sure I was doing ok and not feeling pain. I fully recommend Roots and Gums to anybody.

I love literally everyone in this office. I am the patient that is terrified and has not gone for care for years! This is the only place that makes me feel human. Dr Harley always makes sure I’m comfortable. Her assistant Karen, I believe her name is, just awesome! The front office, Jill, Sandi, and I’m so sorry I don’t know the other girls name are so sweet and kind! They feel like family when I come in. Lynn did my deep cleaning and talk about the kindest most gentle person! Love her. Love all of them. Highly recommend any and everyone here!

It went like this:
I fractured a tooth. My dentist had an opening right then, and off I go. I get there, and she tells me it’s better if I go to a specialist. (And all I’m thinking of is, ”How many weeks will I need to wait with this pain?”). So my dentist calls Dr. Harley. 15 minutes later, I’m at their office. Not long after that, problem solved! Karen, her assistant, is hilarious! They were such fun (yes. A visit to a dental office can, and IS fun!) Thank you Dr Harley and Karen for being utterly amazing.

My wife needed an extraction, and Dr. Fang and his nurse Ericka were caring and professional. Dr. Steve came in and made sure that the medicine was executed with procision. I highly recommend their gental hands and skillet. Thank you for helping my wife. She was in dire strain walking into your doors.

Highly recommend, Steven Williams is a PRO/Expert, he saved my tooth!!!

I saw another Endodontist in network that said my tooth was completely calcified and that I needed an Apicoectomy Surgery, that they couldn't do a root canal. I decided to see someone else and my Dentist from Livermore dental care recommended Dr. Williams. He was out of network however, didn't overcharge and and more importantly gave me the correct prognosis. Doing a root canal if possible gives the tooth 95% long term health, the procedure (Apicoectomy Surgery) the other Endodontist wanted to do gives the tooth a 50% chance of health thus not worth doing. At that point you need an implant.

He was able to find a way in to do a normal root canal saving my tooth!!!

Great office everyone is friendly and professional.
