Avoid at all costs! I was told when I walked in that the Dr may require a CT scan for a re-treatment on a root canal previously done. I let them know I wasn’t really up for a CT scan because it wasn’t covered by my insurance and we proceeded with the consultation. The hygienist took 2 X-rays and went to ”develop them”. When she came back she told me that “after looking at your X-Rays the Dr wants to get a CT scan because he doesn’t feel comfortable that he has a full picture of what is going on in the tooth.” This was confusing to me because the Dr had left 5 minutes before my x-ray to take a call in his car, so while she was “talking to the Dr” he was in has car having a very intense conversation that I was watching him from my chair. She then went back to get the Dr and was told by someone else that he wasn’t in the building and that someone should let him know that he has patients in chairs. He then came in 5 minutes later and told me about all the amazing things the CT scan did for him and about all the extraordinary techniques and equipment that he used like the laser treatment (also not covered by insurance) that would work wonders, as he drew it all up on the TV for me to see. I then let them know that I wasn’t interested in treatment from them because I couldn’t trust them based on everything I just experienced. I paid my copay for the X-ray and left.

It would not surprise me if they do this to every patient so that they can pad the cost of every procedure. I do not trust these people one bit. I’ve never had that type of experience in a dental office ever, being told by someone that the dentist had reviewed and recommended something when he clearly didn’t even know he had patients waiting.

I was referred by a friend of mine to Dr. Kevin Choi for a retreatment of my root canal. I was in severe pain and could not sleep for 2 days. Went in there and Dr. Choi explained to me the procedure. He worked on me for an hour and all along explained to me what he was doing. The procedure went very smoothly. My dentist friend had told me that retreatments are very complicated and difficult but Dr. Choi made it look easy and pain free. I did not get the swelling all my friends had warned me about and also the was pain free after couple of days. I showed the before and after x-rays to my dentist friend and he told me this was one of the best retreatment root canal he had ever seen.
All the assistants and staff were very friendly and cost was reasonable. I recommend Dr. Choi very highly.

Meat market in this place because the appointments are booked back to back, so they tend to run late... however if you are late, even if your slot wasn't ready on time, they bump u to the next hour! One Dentist was terribly rude and rough with my teeth. He also left me waiting mid root canal for 30 mins while he went to work on another patient. By the time he came back to my room, the anesthesia was wearing off, and instead of injecting more, he worked abruptly trying to finish as i was wincing in pain! My mouth was in pain for over a week after. I called to complain and they said they were short staffed but they set my next appointment with a different dentist ..one who hardly spoke English but was much more thorough and gentler on my teeth. I know they do root canals day in and day out but be a little more concerned about your patients!

MY ANESTHESIA WORE OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PROCEDURE!!!! I told the dentist (who was handling 4 patients at a time) that I was in pain, yet he disregarded my concern, told me he will be done in 5 minutes, and then left me STILL in pain to help another patient. Also, just be prepared to pay $265 for a 3D scan because that’s not even an option (like they’re making it seem like it). They won’t work on your tooth unless you pay for it!

This office is amazing from the staff to the doctor. I was nervous about getting a root canal but the experience was made easy due to how awesome everyone was all were very professional and the safety steps taken during this time I truly appreciated. If you need a root canal this is the place to go.

I'm a coward when it comes to a visit to the dentist, Root vision Endo staff was very professional, they make you feel comfortable. I had to have a root canal done, Dr. Pham was very gentle, through, she took time to make sure you understood the procedure prior to starting, this is the place I will highly recommend, she does great work.
