Best dentist EVER! She is so kind, caring and a quality human! I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. After experiencing a horrible infected molar and desperate to get care, my sister found her. She explained to them my very real fear of the dentist that kept me away from caring for my teeth for years prior. She has been a blessing for years now. I still have a bit of anxiety when I go, but because of her understanding along with no judgement, I have never missed an appointment. I cannot forget her wonderful staff and the welcoming environment they provide as well! Amazing! My teeth and I are so very grateful !!! Now many family members are also patients. I couldn’t recommend the office more! Thank you from the bottom of my heart😁

I am writing because I had put off going to the dentist for quite some time due to a couple of horrible experiences.

Dr. Neelima Naidu and her team are fantastic! I told them my fears and they all treated me with concern. I am unable to tolerate epinephrine, so getting me numb can be quite a challenge. Dr. Neelima Naidu made sure to ask throughout the procedure, If I was doing ok and if I was still numb. She explained each step, as well as asked If I needed breaks. Gabby her assistant was equally caring and so is the front office staff. I have quite a few appointments coming up to complete my dental journey, but now I can finish with confidence. Thank you so much for making me feel safe and comfortable!

Angels walk in this office! What a wonderful experience -- from the front office to the dentist's chair -- I felt well cared for and expertly served! Dr. Neelima Naidu is a perfectionist who has a soft, gentle and confident touch. I highly recommend her and her team! I'm writing to provide an excellent review of Rose Garden Dental and especially for Dr. Neelima and her staff. I've had nothing but a positive experience with Dr. Neelima. I've had a number of issues with my teeth and gums which the doctor has corrected. Dr. Neelima is extremely professional, knowledgeable and is a compassionate provider of dental care. My care has not been inexpensive, but due to the variabilities of my insurance and the issues I faced, I believe I've received more than a fair treatment outcome for the cost involved. The office is outfitted with modern, state of the art technology. I have been treated with the utmost respect and care to ensure my comfort throughout often time consuming procedures.

It's important to remember our oral and overall health is each of our responsibilities to maintain and manage. I came to Rose Garden Dental after a period of ignoring my oral health. Now that I've forced myself to deal with my failure to deal with my oral health needs, I'm on the other side of my fear and my teeth and mouth are in better shape because of the excellent treatment and care I've received from Dr. Neelima and her also excellent staff. I'll be maintaining my oral health with a new, more positive maintenance oriented approach and knowing if and when I need support, I can count on Rose Garden Dental to provide skilled professional care.

Dr Naidu is very kind, gentle and professional. The dental assistants are very professional and friendly! I receive my cleaning here and recently had a tooth repaired and crown. There was a bit of shock at the cost. But when i thought about it my previous dentist would have charged, it would have been $400 more! Dr Naidu uses the highest rated crown materials for crown's integrity.The office staff worked with me to find a payment plan which would work for me Care Credit.

I can not believe these people. I don't know how they can sleep at night the way they treat people. Absolutely the worst experience ever with a Dental office. Not only did it take over 3 hours to have X-rays done. I'm confident this office is committing INSURANCE FRAUD. They handed me a bill for over $3k on work that should have been less than $400 with my insurance. Turns out they want to bill the insurance company and me for the same procedure. So now the insurance company is transferring me to another dentist because they may remove this dentist from the network for shady practices. The dentist wants another $100 to move my X-rays to another dentist. What a bunch of crap. BEWARE!!!
