MAJOR LEAGUE SCAM

Visited this office to establish care following a change in insurance coverage. After completing my x-rays, the hygienist conducted an exam in which pretty much all my teeth were scored a "5." Given that higher numbers are worse, I was shocked because I have never had a single tooth worse than a "3" in past visits to other dentists. I was encouraged to get a deep cleaning and a night guard, neither of which was covered by my insurance. Thankfully this office was too understaffed to complete my cleaning that day despite keeping me there for an hour, giving me time to find a second opinion.

The next dentist I visited told me that my teeth were perfectly fine! Not only that, but the x-rays that Sabino Smiles took were not even of high enough quality to be used by said dentist, meaning I had to get them done again at my own expense. My only regret is not raising my concerns prior to my significant other paying out of pocket for a deep cleaning across three appointments and being convinced that they need triannual cleanings.

Sabino Smiles should be ashamed of the way they take advantage of unsuspecting people that are simply trying to do the right thing by getting regular dental appointments. Much like a shady mechanic, they prey on innocent people that lack the knowledge to question the con artist's "expertise."

The Sabino Smiles staff were very welcoming and professional. Dr. Copeland was great! She took the time to explain all her exam findings and reasoning for recommended treatment plan. Lora, their hygienist, also did an incredible job with my cleaning!

I’ve been coming to Sabino Smiles for several years now. I always have a wonderful experience from beginning to end starting with Malinda and Megan always greeting me with a smile. Angelica and Chelsea, two of the dental assistants are always so kind and helpful. Lora is one of the most amazing dental hygienist. Her cleanings are always so gentle and thorough, and Dr. Copeland is always informative about my oral health and very sweet. I really do enjoy this office and the people there

I've been a patient for 9 years at Sabino Smiles.I cannot praise them enough .Dr Avery Lane is gentle and I met her today felt so comfortable .Chelsea is awesome best and most comfortable x rays Ever. and so personable .Laura the hygienist goes the extra mile to make sure I have a great cleaning ..Just met Megan front desk

I came here for my first visit today after trying many other dental offices, and I’m positive I’ve found my place!!! The staff is so friendly and informative. They are great with kids, I brought my 3 year old along and they were so accommodating and sweet to her. We will also be bringing her to this office when she needs her next check up! Been going to Sabino Smiles for 4 years. Lately I been unhappy with how things are being done. Asking why you canceled an appointment, they told me it was to see how they’re doing isn’t that’s what surveys for? I have seen a lot of staff come and go; wouldn’t you think maybe something going on. There is a comment asking you to call them about your review, one would think they would reach to you. I ‘ll never darken their doors again.
