My experience with Saco Bay Orthopedic and Sports PT is ongoing presently as I had hip replacement surgery one month ago. Audrey is my Physical Therapist who is just amazing and knows exactly what exercises work perfectly for me. She explains why and how this particular exercise is helping. Audrey is very positive, encouraging and supportive of my progress. Before my surgery I took a fall last summer and was blessed to have Audrey for the first time; what a God-sent she was! I could hardly stand up when I started and only have her to thank for getting me through it and getting me ready for hip surgery! The receptionist, Susan is outstanding and extremely kind and helpful. The facility is immaculate and very pleasant! I would highly recommend Saco Bay Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy, Western Avenue, South Portland, it is Top Notch!

I Strongly recommend that anyone who's in need of healing and support check this place out!! Darren and everyone there was Amazing and truly professional!! I had a serious injury involving my right arm and shoulder that I wasn't sure was ever going to better but Darren was dedicated, within 5 months I have almost made a full discovery and I am getting back to work (finally lol) with restrictions of course, Thanks again!!!

Saco Bay Orthopedic and Sports PT are the best!!! I was referred there to gain strength because I have cancer metastasis to my bones. They were extremely thorough in assessing my condition and individualized all my exercises to fit what I needed. I was initially scared to go but they allowed me to feel very comfortable. Janine listened to all my questions and actually made it fun to go there. I would highly recommend this location in South Portland. Right off 295 and plenty of parking. To make physical therapy an enjoyable experience is a feat in itself but these folks do it and do it right! Thank you for all your help.

I cannot say enough about Janine and the Staff at Saco Bay PT!! I have a torn meniscus which is extremely painful and not conducive to surgery. They were highly recommended by a co-worker and I am so glad I found them. Janine is amazing, she is working with me to learn not just exercises to strengthen my knee and lessen my pain, but to learn new and better ways to eat and reduce my weight for overall health. Her compassion, knowledge, patience and encouragement is incredible and I would recommend Saco Bay to anyone needing physical therapy. I trust them completely!

Saco Bay Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy is in a very easy to access location... not too close to the crazy Mall traffic... plenty of parking, clearly visible on Western Avenue. And the staff have been absolutely wonderful! The facility is not too large which to me, makes your treatment feel more personalized. Janine is a fantastic physical therapist and the front desk staff are so warm and friendly.

I went to Saco Bay Physical Therapy for treatment of rotator cuff injury. I chose them after my wife Jane had excellent treatment there from Janine for high ankle sprain. I worked with Nick Adriance and continue to be impressed with his expertise and wholistic supportive treatment. He helped me with postural issues also, the remediation of which continue to benefit me. I have returned for treatment to restore functioning post hip replacement. Two weeks into treatment I am already experiencing improvement. John Foley
