I literally had no faith in American dentistry until visiting Sacramento Native American Hermitage Dentistry.

Their knowledge and passion for offering the dentistry regardless of insurance or income was extraordinary!

For the first time i didn’t feel categorized by class or insurance status the moment I walked into the room and best of all I also left proud to smile again! Highly recommend!

This Hispanic lady at the front desk checked me in and asked me to fill out paperwork, but she also put 2 complaint forms at the top of my paperwork - which I did not ask for. I felt pressured by the staff to make a complaint about my dentist who tries to keep me on schedule with my teeth and seems like a nice person. they were all acting too friendly and strange while I was sitting in the waiting area.

I will retract my complaint when they answer the phone, and change my review otherwise once I speak to a manager. Thanks.

I have been a patient at SNAHC for some time, and I appreciate the comprehensive care they provide to my family across both health and dental services. The staff is generally welcoming, and the facilities are excellent.
However, I have concerns about my experiences with Dr. Julia. I feel that she often seems rushed and does not provide enough time for patients to fully express their concerns. This has left me feeling unheard during appointments. While I understand that healthcare providers have busy schedules, I hope SNAHC can address this to ensure that all patients feel valued and receive the attention they need.

We are new patients here and come from MACT Health Board in Amador County. Started service at the Florin Road location. Very pleased with the service and the operators are extremely helpful and super patient with all of our needs. I feel like they are listening to my requests and always go out of their way to help. The doctors have been excellent so far and have treated me like I matter. Cannot recommend enough. Further, the community events SNAHC hosts are outstanding. I haven't been lucky enough to attend yet, but I plan to in the future. Thank you SNAHC!!

My experience is with the dental clinic. There was literally no wait time, the receptionist and dental hygienist were professional and personable, the dentist referred me immediately to a DMD for oral surgery. The dental exam area has about 20 chairs all filled with dentists attending to each patient, and the area is clean. My personal dentist is a DMD and I'm so fortunate to have her. Thanks Dr. Ahmed! I have complete confidence in this clinic to take care of my dental needs. Highly recommend.

First off staff is super friendly and helpful. My favorite check in clerk is Rosie. She is efficient, helpful, and always has a positive attitude to assist me with all my appointments. BUT my doctor is SUPERBURB. Dr Samuelson is attentive, on time, and caring.
This clinic is clean and organized and always supportive in addressing my medical needs. I love being a part of this clinic.

Small Update: They have since taken down manually entering any extension so now you can’t even file a complaint with extension 2212 with Eric. If you want to file a complaint just go with DCHS or your insurance provider directly. They will actually take it seriously unlike Eric where it will fall on deaf ears. When I filed a complaint with Eric he was very rude and when I expressed what was happening. His reply was “We are aware of what is happening” as if that were the magic words to resolve everything. Please stay away from this no-good clinic.

Closed on a Wednesday afternoon, “after hours” call centers don’t have any information on the clinics nor can they relay a message so whats the point of their “after hour call centers”. Literally pointless.

Sick or need to see a doctor soon? LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE unless someone cancels and you’re lucky enough to get that spot. To get an appointment you must be ready to wait about a month or maybe even 2 months to see a doctor.

Both front desks have about 10 operator seats but always only have 1 or 2 people in the front that seem like you’re a bother to them checking in.

Appointments are speedy and done in about 10 or 15 minutes. They rush you to keep up with their overscheduled schedules. “Doctors” or in my case Nurse Practitioner didn’t seem to care about my concerns at all. She was nice though I’ll give her that.

I had a doctor that really seemed to care about me at one point but he quickly stopped practicing there and went elsewhere. I can see why.

Overall this is a disgraceful clinic and they shouldn’t be allowed to practice until they get their stuff together. I promise if you sign up for this clinic you’ll be treated as just another “number in the system”. I wish I could give them 0 stars because that’s what they deserve.

Please do yourself a major favor and avoid this headache and stressor of a clinic. It’s not worth what they claim they can do, I promise you that from experience.

All these 5 star reviews praising the clinic is either bots or workers from this clinic. Because I promise you’ll not have the experience these 5 stars lying reviews talk about.

Idk how this place has such high ratings (I think the employees must mess with the ratings). There's a lady at reception who is so rude and impatient with anyone who approaches. My body has actually been shutting down on me for months. I tried scheduling appointments with them months ago but they told me my insurance was not active. This was not true, however (my insurance worked at different urgent care centers, clinics, and hospitals), and I was on an endless goose chase trying to figure this out. Someone from my health insurance even said "ah yes, we've heard a lot of chaotic stories about SNAHC" over the phone to me.
