The folks at Sahuarita Modern Dentistry are ALWAYS friendly, helpful and courteous. I have had NOTHING but GREAT experiences there. Every single person I encounter does a tremendous job of setting me at ease and making me as comfortable as possible. Dr. Dindal is thoroughly professional and completely capable. I just had to have a wisdom tooth extraction - probably in the most inconvenient place possible. Dr. Miller was AMAZING. It took longer for my jaw to get numb than the extraction did - maybe 3 minutes? I was given his cell number in case there were any problems, but other than a couple of ibuprofen before the numbness wore off I haven't had ANY need for any sort of pain medication at all. The instructions were clear and so far I've had no trouble at all. I am so grateful for all the folks at SMD!!

I have been going to Sahuarita Modern Dentistry now for nearly 10 years. I have always had a positive experience and have had the best hygienists ever. I recommended this office's services to two friends, and they both needed extensive dental procedures. They are very pleased with their outcome to date.
Good, modern dentistry with up-to-date equipment and professionals are hard to find but we have found it here.

I’ve been going here for a couple years now and I was considering switching practices because I find them to be kind of expensive but I think I’ve changed my mind as of today.

I had a deep clean this morning and Roxanna was my hygienist. I have never had such an awesome dental hygienist in my whole life! She explained everything that she was doing, explained what was going on with my teeth and was just very sweet. I’m so glad!

a year and a half ago I received abridged and was told my responsibility would be $3700. I was very hesitant because of the price and was assured by staff her name was Joanne at the time that I would not be responsible for anything else. The insurance was covering the rest if it did not, I paid my responsibility and not to worry. a year and a half later, which was last week I received a bill stating I owed 1200 more dollars I went into the office and asked staff about this who said it’s not their fault or problem that I should contact the insurance company and blame the insurance company not them. I explained to them it was their staff that told me I would not be responsible for anything else and was told that entire staff had left the office and they’re no longer there. my spouse called the office and asked that the dentist Dr. dental return our call and never did. I suggest anyone that’s ever had problems with this office. Contact the Better Business Bureau in the Arizona Attorney General office.

The front office and dentist were ok. Then they sent me to oral surgeon who happened to be there. How convenient. $1000 out of my pocket and the oral surgeon and assistant were rough, quick. No compassion and horrible bed side manner. He never told me what he was doing and then, very barbaric extraction. Never checked on me and set appointment for a month to have stitches removed. The worst experience of my life. I’ve been sick since the extraction. Thx Madi you were awful, are you a doctor?

I have been coming here for years and love Dr. Dindal. I've never had an issue until my visit this month. They have you sign a computerized document, that you never physically see, that is supposed to represent your service for the day. (***Do Not Sign using the small box on the
counter*/Have them print the document so you know what you're signing*) Unbeknownst to you, they have added noncovered treatment to your plan and have now captured your signature stating if insurance doesn't pay, you are liable. This is the most dishonest practice I've encountered. If it wasn't apart of my last service, why would it just be randomly added to this one? I will no longer be going to this office because the trust has been severely compromised.

1. I had a zero balance, and this dentistry put me out for collections. They cancelled it at least.
2. The receptionist said it takes too long to verify my type of health insurance. She told me to verify it myself and hung up. We called the insurance company, and they said patients cannot verify.
3.Two appointments have been cancelled because the receptionists have not verified my insurance prior to each visit.

I should have realized I couldn't afford to be a "customer" here when I walked in and saw 4 receptionists behind the counter playing on their phones. I needed a full upper and lower set of dentures with my remaining teeth to be extracted. I kept informing them that I had little out of pocket money to pay with so dental insurance and the $249 a year discount program would need to cover most of it. Knowing this they still somehow ended up with a price of $50,000 for what I needed to be done. My out of pocket cash price was $16,000 dollars which needed to be paid for at time of service. Like I said from the beginning of this review, I should have known I couldn't afford this dentist, being overstaffed, having a brand new building with massive overhead expenses....I understand why prices are so ludacris
