I would not recommend this office at all,
I work at dental field and took my mother in. Law to this office to reattach her bridge only because they accept her insurance and asked multiple times before the appointment, before taking her to the room and before signing the consent that the bridge recement is covered by her insurance , the answer was yes, then at the check out was told I have to pay $ 500 as copay , told her this insurance doesn't have copay , then immediately changed her word that no it is not copay , it s our fee and insurance doesn't cover! Very , unprofessional and disappointing!
And believe me $ 500 is the most expensive fee an office can charge to reattach a bridge!

Thanks for your reply, It is not true that my family member agreed to pay $500. the front office member first mentioned it was covered by insurance and then they changed the words.,

I appreciate if you and your office and front desk are more transparant and honest about all the charges

Dr Vishnu amazing soul and cares for his patients. My first visit was so wonderful and warming with great staff. Dr. Vishnu was fast accurate and the quality was amazing. He breaks down what needs be done for a Dental treatment plan honestly!!! Thank Dr Vishnu and Team..

This was my first visit to SaBruno Dental Excellence. I was pleased with the modern hi tech equipment and the staff. I am waiting for them to contact my insurance regarding their treatment plan & out of pocket costs before I make a follow-up appointment.

The staff members are patient and caring for all the patients. Many of the staff members speak more than 1 language to better meet the patient's needs. I was able to see the providers right the way for all scheduled appointments.
The follow up phone call from the same provider after the procedure was really helpful. They gave me very useful advise.
I recommend this place for everyone who is looking for a new dentist.

They booked my emergency appointment for the next day and worked late to take care of my extensive treatment. Were kind, considerate and informative through the whole process. The Dr is an expert in dentistry. I have found my forever dental home.

The clerk lady was not doing her job correctly. Preocupied trying to eat while peforming her job. Not happy at all too with resolution from the Dr's option given to patience! 🙁
