Dr. Lau is a super personable guy and does a great job ensuring his patients are comfortable during procedures. I actually had a mishap with my permanent retainer after not seeing him for 7 years post-braces. I came in on very short notice and he provided a quick repair (re-bonding) with no issues. Very generously, he also waived the charge for the small repair. Deserves all 5 stars and I highly recommend.

Dr Lau and staff are fantastic. My daughter has been his patient since 8. She breezed through phase 1 and successfully completed phase 2 . Dr Lau’s caring and warm demeanor put her to ease immediately. He only recommends what he thinks is needed and discusses thorough treatment plans with the patients and parents. His clinic is accommodating and easy to get a hold of.

Dr Lau is really nice and professional. Received my ortho treatment there. The office is always available if I have urgent issues that need a fix. When I had some additional requests for my treatment, he was able to adjust the plan and accommodate my request. My teeth are now so aligned and healthy. Highly recommend!
