The doctor and staff were understanding and accommodating about my oversleeping an early morning surgery intake, which I very much appreciate. Would recommend!

Despite my case being emergent in nature, I was able to get in for a consulation the same day and scheduled the procedure 2 days later. Dr. Stephens was very kind and helpful in his explanation of my treatment plan. The staff was very accomodating to my schedule and answered all of my questions about insurance. Because of my experience working with the team, I feel much more at ease about having a 2nd and more complicated procedure being done in a couple of months. Phenomenal surgeons. I've had procedures with 3 of the surgeons here and all of them have been thorough and provided extremely high quality care. I've had open and honest conversations with all of them, and feel like I've come away knowing so much more every time.

UPDATE 2024-01-29: After my last surgery I ended up developing a severe case of dry socket (alveolar osteitis) involving extreme pain. I had most of the major risk factors for it, and I in no way hold it against the team here.

The outpouring of support that I've gotten from the clinic and surgeon here has completely blown me away. Dr Sodeifi took multiple phone calls from me late into the night, and brought me into the office multiple times on short notice in order to get me the care I needed to address it. When it ultimately became necessary he even got a team together to perform an emergency procedure for me on a Saturday evening - which ended up completely resolving the pain within 24 hours. I don't think I would ever consider doing oral surgery anywhere else, knowing how much this team has my back if something goes awry.

I was really nervous going into surgery, but everyone at SFSA was super friendly and put me at ease. Post surgery recovery also went well, Dr. Hoghooghi and team were always available to answer questions.
