I've never felt more comfortable going to the dentist. The office staff at San Pablo Smiles Dentistry are friendly, very efficient and professional. Appointment reminders and post-op instructions are provided in a way that works best for you, text, email or direct phone calls. Drs. Rosales and Pham explained everything and made sure I understood the procedures and the options available to me. The dental work they have performed to date, including tooth extractions, caps, and fillings, has been performed with minimal discomfort and they follow up to make sure the results are satisfactory. The office is very clean and pleasant with ample parking in a secure lot.

I recently had an extraction done by Dr. Rosales. He answered all my questions and concerns which made me feel heard. From the time he was injecting me with local anesthesia to the actual extraction, he was careful and gentle. He checked in throughout the process to make sure I wasn’t feeling pain. Because of this, I had no swelling and there was minimal trauma around my extraction site. Front office is respectful and the sweet touch is the flower they offer you at the end of your appointment. Love that they kept this tradition that had started I believe when the previous dentist retired. I feel like both the dentists here are knowledgeable about what needs to be done and not just here to take your money.

I’ve been going to San Pablo smiles for years but before that I’ve gone to many other dental clinics and no other place kept me going like San Pablo smiles has. When I come here I always feel welcomed and have a great relationship with staff and the doctors.

They’ve always provided excellent service treating every single visit with the utmost care and as if I was family. From Anna setting up my appointments to Dr Rosales and Dr Pham doing the procedures.

I wanted to thank Isabel today for doing such a great job with my teeth cleaning, she was very professional and friendly. Also another thing that I like about them that no other dental clinics do, is that the Doctor will actually call you and check up on you on the same day after your procedure. Way to go on patient care!

Dr. Pham has been my dentist for several years now and must say, she and her staff are very professional, efficient, accommodating, friendly and most importantly, gentle. It’s a very calming atmosphere so that you don’t feel anxious about whatever procedure that is being performed. I have had a root canal, extraction, an implant and all the other routine annual maintenance and it all relatively painless. That means a lot when you are talking about a dentist. The support financial staff are great as well. They tell you up front the cost is right away. They deservedly are earned a 5 star. And plus, after each visit you receive a fresh rose, lip balm or possible tooth brush if asked. They are definitely a good dental office that I would and have recommended.

There was no long wait or anything. The staff was awesome, but Teresa was especially nice. Thank you all, I'm looking forward to my next visit.
