Dr. Sanderson and his office staff tried to rip me off for the cost of an office visit and then later to glue on a crown, which I already had. This took him maybe 3 minutes! Totally unacceptable and disingenuous. Dr. Sanderson had been recommended to me by my oral surgeon for some follow up work, but there is no way I will go back to such a dishonest place that will not admit their errors. I made it perfectly clear that their was no urgency for my visit when I called, and that my insurance might not cover the visit until the next calendar year, which was in 3 weeks. They told me not to worry, that my insurance would pay. They either don't know what they are doing, or they are dishonest. I will not go back to this place, and would certainly not recommend it.

I have been coming to Dr. Sanderson for as long as I can remember. He's the best dentist around! He makes you feel like a member of the family and does all his work as painlessly as possible. He has always made me feel calm and comfortable during any procedure. I appreciate that he wants me to be comfortable and encourages to call if needed. The entire staff are lovely and so helpful and warm. All around wonderful experience at a dental office for something that is usually seen as less than enjoyable.

Dr James Sanderson is so warm, friendly and best dentist ever. He is so kind and makes you feel like of of the family. Dr. Sanderson is great and tries so hard to be a s painless as possible and really listens to his patients. He is always offering to call if there is any problem, which there isn't to call and he will take care of you. The staff is great and really take good care of you and treat you with respect.
