I just received surgery to get my wisdom teeth taken out and had a really great experience. The consultation was fast but extremely detailed and informational. I felt very comfortable and welcomed in that office since the moment I walked through the door. I received clear information on the price and what my insurance would cover and then got detailed reminders leading up to my appointment. Once the day came I was super nervous and immediately felt a sense of relief when I got to the office and all of the staff was extremely friendly and sensitive to how I was feeling. The doctor let me know step by step what was happening and even began to put me at ease once I got into the chair by starting a conversation with me. Before I knew it I was waking up from my surgery being finished and walked out to my car with the help of a sweet staff member and my husband. They even checked in on me with a call a few hours later 🙂 I had a great experience!

Positive experience! Dr. Jones was professional with excellent skills and communicative throughout the procedure with a warm caring demeanor. Chairside assistants were kind, attentive and responsive. Dental implant extraction day #2 with minimal discomfort/swelling.

My experience was superb. The front desk was pleasant helpful and informative. The procedure aides were competent and kept me at ease. Dr. Hall is amazing both his level of competency and his ability to make you feel comfortable in what might be a stressful situation. I can honestly recommend that practice 100%. Thank you for the opportunity to be a patient. On a side note, my son had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Hall and he is also great with the younger citizens of our beautiful town of Santa Barbara.

I was very impressed with Dr. Jones' skill, confidence, and multi-tasking abilities all while maintaining a pleasant, calming demeanor. Her smiles and laughter bring a calmness to all who surround her. She is a beautiful lady. As soon as the area was sufficiently numbed the tooth was extracted within a minute! Piece of cake for me who was just lying there.
It was a pleasure to have had the appt. with Dr. Jones who was highly recommended by my sister Sharyn Plunkett, also a patient. Her staff was pleasant, kind, and conscientious with their work.

My implant team was kind, efficient, capable, and professional. I cannot believe the ease of the experience- it was my first implant and I was worried. It turned out to be one of the easiest of my dental experiences. The doctor appeared respectful of his assistants, as well as me, and he asked how I was doing many times. It was over quickly.
