Dr. Lim is amazing. I had an appointment for an implant but managed to break another tooth the week before which I knew would need another implant. Dr Lim was so friendly and reassuring and her assistant Verinica was so kind and made sure I was comfortable. They were able to extract the broken tooth and do both implants during my scheduled appt. It was painless and saved me alot of time and money. The moment you walk in you are greeted warmly. The office is clean and the staff is professional. They present you with the costs before they start and work with your insurance. I highly recommend.

Dr. Rich is excellent! His assistants and the office staff are also excellent. I had an emergency tooth extraction, followed by a tooth implant procedure. In both cases, Dr Rich made it smooth and comfortable for me. I was very afraid of going on anesthesia. He was very patient and understanding in explaining everything to me. I recently had an urgent situation where I woke up with severe swelling on the left side of my jaw on Wednesday morning. Dr. Rich’s office was incredibly accommodating and managed to fit me in for an emergency tooth extraction and bone graft on Friday. Although I was apprehensive about the procedure, my experience was exceptionally smooth and reassuring from start to finish.

The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and the consultation with Dr. Rich was thorough and comforting. They clearly explained the process and answered all my questions, making sure I felt at ease. The insurance details were handled seamlessly, and the IV administration, which was new to me, was quick and painless.

The entire procedure was completed in under an hour, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that I had almost no pain just six hours later. To top it off, I received a personal text from the office to check in on my recovery, which was a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend Dr. Rich for his professionalism, care, and efficiency.

I recently came in for a tooth extraction and a bone graft done by Dr. Andrew Rich. I have server anxiety when it comes to anything dental related so my dentist referred me to South Bay to have the work done under sedation. They were able to get me in very quickly and were very helpful in reassuring me before my appointment. The appointment itself was so quick and painless. Dr. Rich explained everything very well and checked in on me to make sure I was healing okay. As far as dental procedures go, this was the smoothest experience I’ve had. My experience at the office was amazing. I’m a bit nervous when it comes to going to the dentist let alone getting wisdom teeth extractions but Dr. Rich and Veronica (the dental assistant) made me feel so safe and comfortable. Dr. Rich gave me options and was completely on my side when making my decision. They got the job done fast and were constantly checking up on me to see if I was okay or needed a break. Veronica and Dr. Rich were both very empathetic towards me. I’m so lucky I got the two of them to do my procedure.

Lorena was very helpful and sincere when I first called to schedule an appointment. She gave me all the detail and even a quote on how much I’d be paying. Tracy also helped me with paying for the procedure. The expense was well worth it being able to have Dr. Rich and Veronica do the procedure. I myself am a dental assistant and I would HIGHLY recommend this office for anything pertaining to oral surgery. I want to thank the entire staff for making my experience so great!
