Wonderful experience all around. The receptionist was very sweet and friendly and got me in for a same-day appointment when I was having a dental emergency. The hygienist and the dentist were very thorough and reassuring and provided in depth explanations On what was happening and what to expect, The benefits specialist came out to speak with me in person and gave me a breakdown of my coverage. This office is full of lovely, compassionate people that clearly care about their patients in their jobs. The dentist is a scary place that is dreaded by many, but they turned it into a delightful experience. Would absolutely recommend.

Dr Rueter & staff are the BEST!!! I appreciate that they still accept Delta Dental and truly care about their patients well being. They have gotten me in quickly for a dental concern, remedied my concern, cared about my situation. All of the staff is wonderful and I appreciate all of the care they take with each of their patients because we all have such different situations in life. He is a very caring, careful, thoughtful and talented dentist. I am grateful to have found him. Did I mention I love his staff?!!! They are great. Incredibly helpful.

I should have more carefully read the reviews regarding administration and insurance before visiting this office. While Dr. Wilson and his hygenist did a fantastic job, I was repeatedly told misinformation about what my insurance would and would not cover by the office administration here. Among the different dentists at the group, the different admin staff share different information regarding one another's insurance coverage and it becomes a tangled web to disect as to who to see based on your coverage. Despite the group being listed on the Delta Dental website, and verbally being told my insurance would cover my cleaning and other routine activities, I received an unexpected bill. Even at that point, I could not get a straight answer on what would and would not be covered moving forward, so I'll look for dental services elsewhere.

Would not even give one star. Made apt in person as a new patient about a month ahead. Filled out all their paper works while I was there. A week later or so, arranged to have my previous dentist send me the copy of my x-rays, so I have called to ask for an email address but the receptionist said she does not see that I have an appointment scheduled in their system, which was odd. It was odd because I was given a card with date and time on it. Long story short, I had to stop by their office to confirm the appointment and get the email address to forward them a copy of my x-rays. On the day of the appointment, which was scheduled for 1:30pm, I was made to wait 50 minutes without any proper explanation. After 30 minutes of waiting, I got curious as to what is going on and asked the hygienist who was walking as to weather I would be seen today. I was told that the dentist is busy with another patient and she will see me after that. I have waited another 10 minutes and no one appeared to be coming so I got pretty upset and asked the receptionist who actually booked my appointment whether the doctor had to attend to an emergency, to which I did not get an affirmative response. I also told her that no one has even bothered to communicate with me to which she said that she was busy on the phone. All in all, after 50 minutes of waiting for nothing without proper explanation, I got up and left. Thank God I did not have any dental work done in this place. What a mess!

I've been going to Dr. Robinson for many years. He's very competent, as well as friendly and compassionate. His staff is super friendly as well and while going to the dentist is definitely no fun, he and his staff make it less stressful.

New receptionist is accommodating and thorough. My dental insurance changed January 1st and it wasn't a problem to resubmit my claim. Dr. Reuter is professional and thorough with his exams and has no problem answering any questions I might have. I'm fairly new to the office so I've only done one small filling with him but it was a painless process and has held up well. Finally, Maggie is the best hygienist I've ever had! I've been in SC for over 40 years and have experienced many teeth cleanings. She's the best!
