I was searching high and low where I live, in my town to start my implant journey. Every time I tried this one place in my town the doctor would give me about a minute or two of his time to talk about my extraction and implants, it was so fast that one time I was like “Did he just leave?” I was way too nervous to go to them after that. I finally found S.M Dental of Oral Surgery and Dental implants and they were even better than what I remembered, I realized this was the place I was looking for, I went here in 2001 and they were amazing then and by accident I found them again. If you are nervous and want the best try them out. The whole experience from beginning to end was professional and amazing and the staff were very nice.I started the implant process and I’m looking forward to it. I am so happy they are still around and are continuing to grow. Oh and the office, go early, so you can sit and enjoy the view before you walk in to your appointment.

The group was professional and polite. The dr. Inspired confidence. The staff was knowledgeable and supportive. Overall my tooth extraction went smoothly with as a little pain as possible. I hate needles!! But in this case all went well. And now I’m without pain.

My surgery (tooth extraction, cleaning out infection, and bone graft in preparation for implant) was remarkably quick, approximately 35 minutes. Virtually painless, on a scale of 1-10, I rate the pain level during procedure (a single moment, a split second during anesthetization) as < .4 (less than point 4); I call this negligible. Now, 24 hours after surgery, there is very minimal swelling, no throbbing, and no pain (I've taken no pain medication); all I feel is tenderness, naturally. The bedside manner of Dr. Ting and staff was truly "above and beyond." The dissemination of post-op info, verbal and written, was/is excellent. The prescription for meds was sent to pharmacy most promptly. I have no fear of returning for continued treatment. I was confident I was "on the right track" from my initial consultation with Dr. Ting (an excellent referral from Vision Dental). Finally, it is said, and it's wise to remember, "You can't judge a book by its cover;" however, in this case you can: The facility is aesthetically beautiful and state of the art. The entire experience was spectacular. From the appointment staff’s friendliness to the beautiful aesthetic of their offices was amazing. Dr Ting and his staff were friendly and helped to make me feel comfortable in this setting. He explained every part of the procedure, answered questions and was personable as well as doing a great job on the procedure. He made me feel comfortable. This is definitely a 5 star office with a five star staff

I had a very positive experience from beginning to end. The staff is incredibly nice, the waiting room is spacious and beautiful. The dental facility is state of the art. Dr. Park has a wonderful, reassuring manner and is highly skilled. I felt zero pain and even a day later, pain free. I have a lot of anxiety regarding dental work, so I’m really grateful for everything and especially their willingness to see me at the last minute due to a dental emergency.

Jackie and Tristen were both professional and friendly making the whole experience as anxiety free as possible.

The professionalism and demeanor of the surgeon was first class.

In our pre op interview Dr Tanner expertly set out the options and was well aware of my concerns and was able to provide a thoughtful and concise plan of action

Dr Ting explained everything he was doing and always made sure I was feeling okay. He is gentle and kind with a great “bedside manner”. Also the staff working with him was competent and kind. A well run team. I have had LOTS of oral surgery and Dr Ting and the Center are among the best. Have been here twice for tooth/implant extractions and bone grafts and will be back for implants. A bit pricey but worth it.

Dr. Ting and the staff were amazing. I needed to get a tooth extracted and he really took his time to explain everything that was going on and all my options. I decided to move forward and his surgical staff Jackie, Isabella and Kanita were kind, efficient and informative. The space is beautiful too. Very positive experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend Dr. Ting and this office.
