I have never been so impressed with the quality of work and care a dentist has shown me. The front desk team was so warm and accommodating, making scheduling a breeze and answering all my questions with a smile. Dr. Ganesh took the time to explain every step of my treatment, addressing all of my concerns and ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the process. One thing that stands out is his emphasis on patient education. He uses a microscope to examine my teeth in incredible detail—something I had never experienced before. It wasn’t just for diagnostics; I could see exactly what was going on in real time. This was so helpful for me to understand what needed attention and why. I feel confident that I’m in great hands with the team at SMED, and I’m excited to continue my dental journey with them!

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. This was my first visit and the staff was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. I went for a cleaning and feared it would be painful like it had been at a different location. To my surprise, the cleaning was pleasant, pain free and the hygienist was filled with great information. I met with Dr Ganesh before the cleaning and he was very knowledgeable , listened to my concerns and was very helpful. Also, the office space is lovely and has state of the art technology. Thanks to Dr Ros (Roshen Ganesh DDS), we have found our family dentist in Los Angeles. My fiancé recommended Dr Ros to me after having experiences with several dentists in LA. And I must say, he is fantastic! Doctor is really friendly, treated me with so much care and really seeks perfection. If you’re seeking fake teeth that look so much like real ones and want them to be done without any pain, then this place is the one! Staffs are also well trained and super helpful. The clinics is really clean I guess staffs has put much effort into that. Plus, there’s lot of highly advanced machines like the camera linked microscopes that I haven’t seen anywhere else.

I've been a loyal patient at this dentist for a year, but my recent experience left me with no choice but to leave a one-star review. The receptionist rescheduled my original Saturday appointment that I made three months in advanced, which I accepted graciously (now I am behind my dental cleaning a month so far with no urge to try to get me in sooner considering they are having to reschedule me a week before). I rescheduled my appointment to Saturday at noon and specifically remember telling the receptionist I need an afternoon appointment. However, things took a turn for the worse when I arrived for my appointment at noon, only to be told it was scheduled for 11 AM. This was despite clearly confirming the noon time over the phone. I tried to reschedule, making it clear that I could only do afternoon appointments, but I never received a callback from the dentist and was told he will give me a call back on Monday by Aesha. Instead, I received a rude phone call from Nini, who claimed to be in charge of scheduling. She was unprofessional and made it seem like I'm the unorganized one and was calling to see if I'm going to make my next appointment. I have made all of my appointments and never once called to reschedule all of the appointments I have had within the last year. The unprofessionalism and scheduling mishaps have pushed me away as a customer. It's a disappointment to see such a lack of organization and professionalism in a dental practice. I will not be back. There are plenty of other dentists who have sympathy and professionalism.

Dr. Ganesh and his staff are all extremely kind, professional, and friendly! The office is beautiful and clean, and they make sure to accommodate to each patient's needs so that you're comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Ganesh's work is very thorough and you can tell he truly cares about his patients and his practice. Highly recommend this place!!

Haven't been to a dentist in a long while simply because I don't like dentists, but I had to see one because of my chipped front tooth that was glaringly obvious.

Thankfully, I went to the right place! The place is very clean and presentable and Dr. Ganesh's gentle demeanor and professionalism helped put me at ease.

His work was solid and his price was reasonable, considering the area.
