I was recently cared for at the Sante of Mesa. My experience was a positive one with exceptional care. While there were many caring people involved during my stay, I want to express my sincere and heartfelt gratitude to my daytime CNAs .. Sharon P., Catalina and Marlon. Each of them not only provided ready assistance, but did it professionally. Their assistance ensured that I was cared for as an individual and I enjoyed their humor. I also interacted with the facility Staff, Nurses, CNAs and Dining Room employees; all of whom maintained a pleasant and caring demeanor. I would recommend Sante of Mesa to anyone requiring post-surgery care.

I was at this facility 3 years ago and was happy with my care. I spent 2 weeks here in 2025 for rehabilitation to build up my stamina and strength after a hospital stay. There's too many people to list all the people who took such good care of me. The Dr.'s worked with me to manage my pain. My RN's were pleasant and attentive. My CNA's went above to make me comfortable. The faculty director Christine worked hard to get me equipment to mirror my home environment helping me to be successful in my physical rehabilitation. Thanks for the chair! Angie my case worker was extremely helpful in getting mevback to my home. The food was plentiful (I'm a full figured) I didn't go hungry! My housekeeping staff was friendly and did an excellent job on keeping my room clean. Thank you to everyone for a pleasant stay. There were activities if you choose to participate. The activities person cheered me up when I was feeling a little down! There's even a laundry service. I appreciated my dresses being laundered and delivered back to my room. The grounds are beautiful. My room was fantastic. There's a microwave & a small fridge in the rooms. I hope to never need another visit but if I do I'll be back! Thank you to everyone who helped make my visit a pleasant and successful one. You guys rock! Thank you everyone for getting me back home!

I recently had to have emergency back surgery and my husband had to choose a skilled nursing facility for me to do my rehab at. He chose Sante of Mesa for me and I'm so glad he did! My experience here has been wonderful and every single member of the staff here, from housekeeping to the RNs have been so wonderful! There is one special RN that I'd like to recognize who is Cara the RN. I've had Cara as my night RN several times and I just love her! Cara is so sweet and really cares. She goes the extra mile for her patients thinking outside the box when needed and is always comforting. Cara has a wonderful sense of humor which is much needed when you're overcoming obstacles and going through a tough time. All of the RNs and aides here are really wonderful but Cara is special. I'm actually going to miss being at Sante when my time comes to leave but I'm especially going to miss Cara.

I was a patient here for about 2 weeks and the entire staff was very kind, patient and supportive. My night nurse Cara helped me through more than one panic attacks. She was so calming and supportive. Sky, my CNA was friendly and patient. She listened to me and helped me do things in the way that worked best for me. And Anna my housekeeper was fun and friendly. She made me smile. All of these people made it possible for my family to have confidence in my care.
If anyone ever asks me about a care facility, Sante of Mesa is absolutely number one 😁💖

On a recent visit to see a good friend who was staying Santé of Mesa, I was pleasantly surprised!! Upon arrival, the facility appeared to be inviting and well cared for, but things got even better inside! The interior was warmly decorated, with a coffee shop serving Starbuck's, and everything was really clean and smelled fresh. In addition, there were lots of professionals working one on one with residents in various pleasant locations. The physical therapy room was visible to all, and the staff all seemed lively and attentive. There was even a beautiful outdoor sitting area with nice landscaping and a beautiful fountain. Best of all, our friend received the professional attention he needed and deserved.

My mom has been in and out of hospitals and rehab centers, so we’ve unfortunately learned the difference between the good ones and the not-so-good ones — and this is definitely one of the good ones.

She’s stayed here a few times for physical therapy related to her COPD, and every experience has been positive. The rooms are comfortable, the food is surprisingly good for a rehab facility, and everything is kept very clean. There’s even a café for both patients and visitors, which is such a nice touch.

But what truly makes this place special is the staff. Everyone has been so kind, patient, and genuinely dedicated to helping my mom get better. One day, when I was visibly upset about her condition, the account executive, Osvaldo, noticed and bought me lunch. That simple act of kindness meant so much — I could have cried.

In my experience, it’s the people who make all the difference during these difficult times with our loved ones. This team truly cares, and I can’t recommend this rehab center highly enough.

My husband was admitted in 8/02/25 and since our arrival we have been very pleased with the facility. Of course, the caregivers are the big difference between a pleasant experience and a bad one. I would like to highlight some specific employees at your facility. We are happy to mention that Catalina, Annabelle, Marion, and Brian have been absolutely wonderful. These employees have shown the ability to go above and beyond normal duties. Not only are they very careful and efficient while cleaning my husband and moving him but they are very funny and kind and make the experience a pleasant one. Brian is amazing as well as Marion to have in order to help the other caregivers while moving my husband because he is such a big man. I have never seen a facial expression that they are not happy doing what they are doing and also they have never expressed any negative attitudes which is extremely important to us. I hope that more people will mention them because they definitely deserve to be recognized for their hard work and their wonderful personalities.
